Description from the manager

Two bedroom apartment on the Palm Beach peninsular, just a minute from the Cannes Croisette beachfront. It has been redecorated in 2012 to a high and comfortable quality.

On entering the apartment, to the right you will find the two bedrooms:

The master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed and plenty storage space. It leads on to a little terrace with a table and two chairs to enjoy your breakfast outside.

The second bedroom has two single beds and also plenty cupboard space, it also has access to the little back terrace.

On the left hand side of the entrance hall, you will find a guest toilet and a shower cu...bicle. Ahead of you is the main bathroom with a shower attachment in the bath, and a toilet.

Now for the main living area. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped including all mod con appliances. This includes a family sized fridge freezer, a microwave, coffee percolator, kettle, oven, four ring hob, dishwasher, as well as other items. The kitchen is open plan to the living area with a dining table for four.

The living area has a new comfortable sofa which can also open up into a double sofa bed, with a little coffee table and an Ottoman, a flat screen TV on the wall and wide sliding windows which let in lots of light.

There is also a little balcony at the front of the apartment, looking out onto the quiet street below.

All the shutters are electric, the rooms are all air conditionned and there is also a washing machine.

The apartment is a perfect little spot for a family holiday or even for attending the congresses as you are a 20 min walk down the Croisette from the Palais des Festival, and there are buses to and from every 15 minutes.

  all in all it was a nice stay there and the accommodation is also nice, but unfortunately we had some big problems with hundrets of ants and we had even seen 2 cockroaches in our kitchen. that was pretty disgusting and therefore we also pretty upset with the costs of the apartment in cunjction with what we get for our money and the hygenic problems. and please believe me that an anti-ants-spray cannot not be the final solution in this special case, we think you need rather professional help. we visit cannes every february for the sailing regatta, but get rid of animals in the kitchen after sailing was not very delightful.

  We are very sorry to hear this report, however it must be said that there are a few extenuating circumstances.
  
  1. The morning that you reported the ant problem, a team came to completely clean and spray the apartment.
  
  2. The reason for Ants (no cockroaches could be found) was that oily food prepared the night before had been left out, uncovered, all night. We live in a Meditarannean climate, of course, and oily food does attract insects in a heartbeat.
  
  This is not an endemic problem in this apartmnet by any means, it is rather a regional problem which is easily resolved by basic actions such as clearing away food and organic waste.

  Firstly, staying in La Bellita is a great experience. It feels pretty much at home with complete facilities. I love the complete kitchen and dining utensils so i can cook and dine in the comfort of the sofa which is very comfy by the way. Also the television have so many channels to choose from if u stuck in your apartment.
  The location of the house is in walking distance to the beach and very near a bus stop.
  The best experience ever in Cannes is to stay in La Bellita and nothing i hate about this place.
