Description from the manager
Le Fleuriste is a nice one bedroom apartment just off the Croisette in the Palm Beach area of Cannes close to the Port Pierre Canto. It is just a minutes walk to the Croisette, and in the immediate vicinity there are plenty of shops, bakeries and all other commerces close by.
It is modern, fully insulated, double glazed and has been decorated to a very nice standard indeed.
The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of cupboard space, with a large window overlooking the Cannes rooftops.
The bathroom is all new and boasts a high quality shower and all modern attachments.

Great location, shops are literally at your door step. nice appartment very functional lots of closet room. greta bathroom with shower. Kitchen is well equipped. had cable tv in english and dvd player.
Not so good: you have to unlock a heavy door at the entrance (pretty old) and walk in the grocery store's back alley (some garbage sometimes)and up some pretty old rickety stairs.
The appartment doorlock was really hard to open
and the washer stands outside on the cat walk !!!
it took the rental agency quite some time to return the deposit into our account. -

The service from Everything Cannes was very good before, under and after the visit.
The apartment was perfect for two to four persons and had a excellent location between the west and east beach of Palm Beach.

nice set, ok.
problems: no parking. rent a bike is necessary.
obviously must be content not to be in at home, ok.
but for an apartment on the sea is comfortable but expensive.
The kitchen was not equipped as initially description: missing utensils, glasses, dishes. Then after a formal request came the pots and glasses.
