This is a lovely, modern studio with lots of charm in the prestigious area of Montfleuri. Located just outside the residential Californie area, this apartment's location combines the best of the quieter areas with a proximity to the center. With only a 15 minute walk to the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, this studio is quite ideal for either congresses or holidays.
