Tassigny is located in a secure, modern building in the hills of the Suquet, very near Cannes city center. The building is very contemporary with beautifully maintained gardens and great views of the Cannoise hills.

As you enter the apartment you step into a large hallway where you can find a telephone that you can use for international calls. To the left you walk through to the living room. The living is open planned and well furnished with plush sofas, and a coffee table. There is a large TV and a DVD player.

Moving further into the living room there is a dining table for four people. There are large french doors just behind t...hat give great views out onto the surrounding gardens.

The French doors open out onto the terrace which stretches around the whole apartment. There are spectacular views from every angle. To the left you can see the pool, nested in green landscaped gardens. To the right you can spot the sea through the trees. This terrace has garden furniture for four, so you can enjoy a leisurely lunch or a sunlit breakfast taking in the views.

The Terrace can also be accessed from the Kitchen, a great feature for entertaining or having meals al fresco. The Kitchen is large and well equipped for large meals including four hob burners, an oven, a dish washer, a washing machine etc.

The apartment has two very large bedrooms. The Master bedroom has two generously sized single beds that can be turned into one large double depending on your personal preferences. This bedroom has a desk where you can set up a little office space, especially useful for business trips or congress guests.

This bedroom has a large and bright en-suite bathroom, decorated with elegant tiles. It is fitted with a large bath and shower fixture.

The second bedroom also has two large single beds that can be turned into a double on your request. This bedroom has direct access to the terrace and plenty of storage space. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment as well as W.C.

The internet connection and international phone and TV channels make this apartment ideal for anyone coming to the Cannes congresses. It is a 15 minute walk down to the Palais, and when you come home at night you can enjoy the sunset on the terrace or by the pool.
