This one bedroom apartment has simply the most stunning view from the roof terrace that will have you returning again and again.

It is hard to picture a better place to lie and relax in the glorious mediterranean sunshine. There is also a shared pool which is open 24/7.

This apartment is located in Golfe Juan, which is half way between Cannes and Juan les Pins. Golfe Juan is not as busy and commercialised as its neighbouring towns and is all the better for it. It has the feel still of a real french town and the marina has many great restaurants where you can dine and admire the superyachts of the rich and famous. Golfe Juan a...lso has some of our favourite sandy public beaches.

The position of this development on the hillside facing the bay allows wide reaching views, and we encourage guests to travel with a car unless their legs are fit and strong.

This apartment building is built onto a steep hillside and there is a vernicular railway within the development to reach the apartments on the higher levels. To reach this apartment however you must climb the steps.

There is also a 2 bedroom apartment just below this apartment which can be rented in addition to make a great base for a family or group of friends travelling together.

The living room has the kitchen to one side, patio doors to the roof terrace in front of you and the 2 remaining walls have floor to ceiling mirrors which make the most of the light and space.

The roof terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a parasol and also has plenty of space for alfresco dining.

The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a shower over the bath tub. There is a hand basin and W.C.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a full size oven and 4 ring electric hob, fridge and dishwasher. Please note that there is no washing machine in this apartment.

This apartment is set up as a perfect get-a-away escape from it all and as such there is no TV, no telephone and no internet.

This apartment has a strict NO SMOKERS / NO PETS / NO CHILDREN under 12 rule.

Additional Location Information

A few minutes drive from the vibrant village of Golfe Juan, and close to Vallauris, famous for its pottery and formerly home to Picasso.
TRAVEL: Easy Jet, BA, Delta, Air France and endless other airlines fly into Nice airport. Cars can be hired on line from the airport location; Ada, Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, National/Citer and Sixt. Because of the hillside location and the steep walk back from the shops, a car is strongly recommended.
GETTING AROUND: boat trips are available from the old marina in Golfe Juan to Monaco and St. Tropez, also across to the islands (Ile de Lerins - reputedly where the man in the iron mask was imprisoned) where one can walk, swim and stop for lunch at one of the two restaurants on the larger island.

Cleaning is 40 euros and linen laundry charges are 40 euros for 1 - 2 people.
Shower towels and hand towels are included.
There is a fee for late arrivals after 8pm.

  A nice appartment, well equipped, clean and with a great view. The appartment is close to the beach app. 7-10 min. walk, grocery across the street. Quit during the evening and night.
  The trafic was quit dangerous for children, the frenchs drive to fast, and there was'nt a pavement all the way to the beach. The beach was small and crowdy, if you came to the beach after 11 o'clock you could hardly get any space.
  The bus to antibes has it's last depart at app.1930 pm - taxi is then a must if going to antibes during the evening for dinner.
  Will recommend to rent a car when staying in this appartment - there is a parking space available :-).
  We enjoy the stay, but next time we will prefere to stay closer to antibes.

  This is fabulous place if you want to take it all in a short time, Cote d'Azur can offer. Beach is just few blocks away, grocery just across the street. Parking underground. All secured and safe. You are close to all wonderful places and can be in less then 30 min in Nice, Cannes, Anitibes. Place is perfectly clean, has it all you may need. We are 100% sure we will come back. Jo is so helpful and reliable.

  A calm haven in a glorious setting

  The apartment has everything you could need - unless you are a telly addict.
  Breakfast on the balcony gives the opportunity to take in the marvellous view
  of the snow-covered mountains watching over the bay of Nice. A huge
  luxurious bed welcomes you at the end of a day spent exploring the coast or
  the Old Town of Antibes. A place we shall return to again and again.

  The apartment is beautifully furnished with AMAZING sea views. The kitchen is
  well-equipped, the decor modern and tasteful, and did I mention the view...?!
  
  We used public transport for the duration of our stay - the bus from the
  airport to Antibes was only €1, and there are regular buses from the centre of
  Antibes to the Cap -only a 5 minute ride. It was also a very pleasant walk from
  the apartment down into the town.
  
  The highlights of our week had to be our dinners on the balcony followed by a
  stroll down to la Plage des Ondes to catch the sunset.
