Description from the owner
Palm Beach is a lovely area at the end of the Croisette in Cannes with a lively community of restaurants and beaches. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a modern touch. There is reversible air conditioning throughout and lounge and dining furniture on the ample terrace. The lounge has a high quality sofabed to enable up to 4/5 to stay. Sky TV, DVD, iron, hairdryer and linen are all included. There is also a secure underground garage. The residence gardens have access to the beach, 60 meters away. Although Cannes has lots to offer, this is a great base to explore the French Riviera by car or the train service.

Dear George
We are now safe back home and just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for the apartment. We had a wonderful holiday which was made even better by having the use of such a great apartment as a base. Everything is provided and this made our stay so much more enjoyable. The apartment allows perfect and easy access without a car not just to Cannes but the whole of the Cote d'azur. We will certainly recommend it to all our family and friends as we believe that it would be very difficult to find any better.

I never write reviews, but we loved it! My wife and I stayed here the last week of March, 2012. Charming 2-bedroom apt, modern appliances, sliding doors open to a big wrap-around terrace with adjustable awnings, perfect for al-fresco dining or just lounging. Location, location: At the west end of Cannes harbor is the Old Town and the Palais des Festivals on the swanky beach-front boulevard La Croisette. This apartment is at the east end, on a point, a block from La Croisette, in the quiet up-scale community of Palm Beach. The open-air double-decker bus #8 runs back and forth on La Croisette every 15 minutes and stops a half-block away. Perfect! And the beach on the other side of the point is just a half-block away, too. Great restaurants, a grocery, a "boules” court (there's a set of balls at the apt) and a tabac for your Herald Tribune are within a five minute walk. There's easy parking if you're driving, and the #8 stops at the bus terminus for connections to Nice and the rest of the Cote d'Azur. Just book it!

I loved the apartment. It was clean, sun-filled and airy. The owner was delightful and even left me a bottle of wine to enjoy when I arrived. There's a safety deposit box as well as an iron, hair dryer, great kitchen and anything else one might need to feel at home. The area is quiet and safe, with grocery stores and nice restaurants nearby. It was so enjoyable that I've already booked my stay for next year!

This apartment was in a really good locations with the public beach literaly out the back door of the apartment block. The number 8 bus stops right outside on avenue de Lerin and only cost €1 to the centre of Cannes which is also a pleasant 20 minute stroll along the promondade. It is a very quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby. The aparment was well equipped and the air conditioning in each room was first class. We would definitely stay here when in cannes again.

We booked the apartment for a the stay around a conference and although we took a taxi there from the train station, the apartment is only a 10min walk to the centre of Cannes. The apartment was well presented, clean and comfortable. The landlord was friendly and arrived on time on our last day enabling us to catch the train on time. I would have no problems is staying there again or recommending it to others.

This was our second stay at the apartment. Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment is spacious and spotless in a very quiet location but within easy reach of local beaches (within yards), a very regular bus into Cannes on the door step, great local shops and restaurants. Mr and Mrs Crawford go out of their way to assist you to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

Left on 08/31/2010 for a stay in August 2010
Mr Crawford personally welcomed us to his appt. in Palm Beach, nr Cannes. On arrival the appt. was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The appt. had everything we needed for a self catering family holiday. A hoover would have been helpful as we carried lots of sand in after our days on the beach. Mr Crawford supplied fresh towels half way through our holiday & appeared only too pleased to help us in anyway. The appt. has a lovely balcony area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying dining alfresco. It overlooks a small communal garden & other appts. Its very peaceful. The local beach is a few minuets walk. The sea was crystal clear & very calm. Beware of the jelly fish though! My son got stung. The local restaurants are 2 minuets walk from the appt. & situated around tree lined boules courts, very pretty. Fantastic food & service from all of those that we tried. Cannes Croisette & Old Town areas are just a bus journey away, costing 1 euro each, though the walk is nice. The children enjoyed the bumper cars & trampolines en route. The Old Town & quay area was lovely. Great restaurants & atmosphere. The Croisette stretch did not appeal to us, it was so busy & very expensive. We had a great time and was pleased to be based at the Palm Beach end of Cannes.

Bright and practical apartment.
A beautiful and calme area, close to the beach and everything you need. Walk to town (Festival Palace) in 15 min or hop on the bus that stops 50m from the front door.
Beds and sofa bed was ok, fresh linen and well working air conditioning (a must in the summer). A spacious and private terrace where we spent most of our time. The kitchen is small. Not lacking any appliances, but a bit short on work space. The apartment was clean and I give extra credit for lots of fresh towels.
The owners was very flexible and service minded.
Very god value for money! -

LondonA relaxing holiday by the sea...
Left on 06/26/2010 for a stay in June 2010
Stuart the owner personally met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. A nice touch was that he left us a supply of essential groceries (including wine!). During our stay he texted to check that everything was ok.
The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable, and the large terrace with table and chairs was ideal for alfresco dining.
There was no shortage of amenities close by, and the quiet residential public beaches of Palm Beach/Moure Rouge are literally a stone's throw away. Getting into town was no problem using the open topped No.8 bus, which goes along the famous Croisette.
Palm Beach is a very quiet exclusive residential area, and we would have no hesitation in returning or recommending the apartment and area.

We come back time and time again to this little gem of an apartment which is barely a minute's walk from the beach. The apartment is clean, modern and well serviced by the friendly owners, who are always on hand to field any queries. The balcony gets great sun in the morning and I will miss my lazy breakfasts there whilst reading the paper! Highly recommended.

Left on 05/04/2010 for a stay in April 2010
I travel regularly to Cannes on business from London. I have booked this apartment for 2 weeks a year for the past 3 years & still love it!
The apartment itself is very comfortable & well laid out & has all the amenities you need (Wi-fi, dishwasher, Sky TV etc) including a lovely large balcony with table & chairs to eat in the sunshine. In my experience apartments in Cannes tend to be quite small but the layout & interior design here make it feel more spacious.
Location wise, whilst Palm Beach is in itself not particularly picturesque (with more modern buildings etc) it is quieter & away from the noise of central Cannes. It also has it's own good local restaurants & remains just a short walk / open-top bus ride (every 10 minutes) along the beach from la Croisette.
The owners are very friendly & the place is always immaculately clean with everything in good working order.
I would highly recommend it & will be back.

Left on 04/16/2010 for a stay in April 2010
The apartment which is tastefully decorated is in a prime location, practically situated on the beautiful sandy beach. The amenities were first class, we had breakfast on the spacious balcony/terrace every day and a good selection of restaurants were located nearby. A 5 minute bus ride, (stop outside the apartment) took us to all the attractions and the chic shopping area.
A thoroughly enjoyable experience, we will definitely be returning to this apartment. -

we stayed in this beautiful apartment at the height of the sumer season. it was just minutes from the beach, shops, the casino and a gentle stroll to La Croissette which is the avenue at the shore front running the length of the town.
In every way the apartment does what it says on the tin. Spacious, bright, well appointed and beautifuly maintained we would recommend it to the most discerning tastes. Most importantly, in an exclusive part of the world, it represents brilliant value.
