The 'Festival apartment' is situated a mere 150m from the Palais des Festivals, La Croisette, the beaches, the

yacht harbour and the town.

Located in so called ‚Banane’ (the most exclusive part of the city) on the 2nd floor of a typical French turn-of-the-century building.

Close to supermarket & specialty grocery stores, Airport Shuttle and the train station, The clever layout of the apartment is designed for 5 people with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, a westside balcony and a fully equipped American pantry.

Air conditionning will keep you cool ! The New Yorker design office „spatial design studio“ has conceptualised the 2nd bedroom on an upper level. The furniture is modern and elegant but cheerful.

Guests can use a free wireless high-speed connection, watch TV or DVD on a giant flat screen with numerous international TV-stations or listen to their music on the i-pod-docking-station.
