The Loft was a lovely place to stay while visiting Cannon Beach. There was lots of room for lounging, cooking, eating and celebrating time with family. We loved the close proximity to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants and downtown CB. The Loft had everything we needed including complete kitchen appliances and supplies, summer books, games for the kids, and washer/dryer. We will definately stay there again!

A last minute plan to take some life challenges away for new light, and this site offered us all comforts, including access to the beacj less than 10 minutes lovely walk, great friendly neighbors in the wine bar down stairs (that really do not interfere with quiet evenings), access to a charming town that offers everyone that "something special" we each may be individually be looking for...would I return - in a heartbeat!

The loft was perfect for us - beautiful, comfortable and spacious with convenient access to the beach. One of the best places that we have stayed in the Cannon Beach area!
The only downside for us was the wine bar below. Depending on the night, instead of having a quiet evening at 'home', we felt surrounded by the roudy conversation and/or music which felt like it was in the room with us (past midnight some nights).
Some people might see that as a positive and join the party downstairs. For us it was the only negative in an otherwise fantastic property. -

We stayed in the Loft which was quite nece. It was immaculately clean. The kitchen was amazingly equipped. It felt quite spacious.
I suggest that curtains be installed on the windows off the dining area. -

The space was great. If you can't be in an oceanfront property, this would be the next best thing. A bit noisy in the evening above the wine bar. Bed in master needs new mattress--very squeaky. Didn't have very hot water. Hot water temp. needs to be turned up.

Lakewood, WAGorgeous, luxurious apartment but set over a "lively" wine bar
Left on 03/16/2011 for a stay in January 2011
My husband and I traveled with our 4-year-old daughter to the Loft in January to celebrate my new job. We'd always wanted to stay at the Loft, it looked so great in the pictures. We were not disappointed in the quality of the facility. It is a gorgeous and very luxurious apartment. Excellent floor plan. New, high-end, very well maintained. Parking and location were good for us--we love the South End of Cannon Beach. Our only major complaint was that the Loft is the top floor of several businesses including a wine bar. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night and there was live music both nights. While we liked the music, it was like having a concert right there in your house. You could also hear the louder conversations in addition to the music. It interrupted quiet time, movie time and general-conversation-over-dinner-time. Our daughter, luckily, slept through everything. Her room was the farthest from the action, that much we appreciated. If we were younger and had no kids we probably would not be bothered by the music. You'll have to decide.

Snohomish, WashingtonWe had a wonderful time at The Loft and can't wait to return !

My husband and I have stayed at the Loft in the past but with a different rental company. The current rental company is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. As far as The Loft is concerned, A Fantastic place to stay ! Highly recommended. It is a very spacious, updated, tastefully decorated Condo, with many details to spark your interests. The kitchen is beautiful as is every other room there. Great use of space, our two dogs love the place as well. The location is perfect, cannot ask for a better spot in Cannon Beach. We have stayed there in the past, but in the last year there has been some Wonderful additions to that location which make it an even more Exciting stay ! The Sleepy Monk Coffee Roasters is in the same lot, (coffee to die for) and now in the evenings they convert to The Irish Table Restaurant...Highly Recommended ! Also, right underneath is The Lush Wine Bar, a wonderful cozy place to hang out and have a glass of wine, and an antipasto plate that is just right . Staying at The Loft this time and being able to walk down a few stairs to these wonderful places was a great experience ! We had such a good time it was very difficult to leave, and I can only imagine how great it would be to return in the summer months. The covered porch has a bbq grill and a very nice little glass table with comfortable seating. I have no doubt that anyone who stays at The Loft will feel the same way as we do, and trully see this condo as a place you will call home during your stay. It feels like home, and in our case, we wish it were ! We can't wait to come back. Thank you for renting this place out and allowing us create such amazing Memories !!!

We had a great time staying at the Loft. Great amenities including a fully stocked kitchen for preparing our own meals, and the Wine Bar downstairs had some great food as well as wine. As it rained quite a bit during our stay we were glad for the gas fireplace which kept the place warm throughout.
We did hear music and the sounds of voices, pots/pans, etc. from the Wine Bar down below while they were open from 5-10pm, but it was not a huge problem for our family- maybe not great for people who go to bed early or are sensitive to noise. The rest of the time it was quiet, and everything was close by, so a trade off we were willing to make. We plan to visit again! -

The Loft is a great space to stay. Nice walk to shops, close to the beach, cool chillin' and grillin' balcony, steps away from good food, music and libations, and a comfortable interior with everything for your stay in Cannon beach, what more could you ask for, except maybe a stocked refrigerator, but I think that would be asking for too much.

We enjoyed the excellent location of this condo, its spacious interior and its fine furnishings. It is close to shops and restauarants and only two blocks to the beach. The wine bar downstairs was quiet at 11 PM. when we went to bed.

This was our 17th year staying in Cannon Beach & the 2nd time we stayed in a home. We we're pleasantly surprised on the size of the place & location. The rooms we're ample enough & love the kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom. The kids had enough space to spread out & have some space to have to themselves if they wanted it. We loved the fact that the owners had thought of everything. You don't need to bring anything from home which is nice when your traveling a long distance. We loved the balcony to go out,sit & watch the traffic of people that came to the coffee shop & wine bistro. The only downfall was the music they had from the wine bistro below but it was only for 2 nites & it was tolerable. We had easy access to the beach, restaurants,& downtown Cannon Beach. This would highly recommend this rental & we're planning on staying there in the next years to come. Great job on the remodel, everything is modern & very comfortable.

A great condo in a great location. We had a blast. A couple of minutes to the beach and located directly over an espresso shop, the hardware store and a wine bar (which plays great music fairly late on weekend nights). The condo was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed.

The Loft was a great place to stay in midtown. It was just as beautiful and roomy as the photos online--in fact, the master suite was much bigger than I expected. The only things I would have wanted to know ahead of time were: whether there was a rocking chair because I have a baby (there are two), the fact that the second bedroom has no closet, and that a wine bar had just opened directly below the apartment. The bar closes at eleven p.m., so it's not too disruptive for adults, but we had a baby and a toddler so the noise was a bit of a problem for us. Cbvr has wonderful service though, and we absolutely loved staying here. The kitchen was very well stocked, everything was extremely clean and comfortable, and the apartment is just beautiful.
