Denise with the property co. was responsive to my inquiries re the property even visiting it to confirm questions regarding layout. Unfortunately, pictures of the property were not descriptive re the bedroom and bathroom layouts, deck location which were a top priortiy for my crew. The home was well-equipped for the chefs in my family. The app provided was not as helpful as the websites for Cannon Beach. Would have appreciated advanced info on best options for grocery shopping, seafood etc. The outdoor deck was a great spot removed from the house but accessible. Access to beach was great and the location with views was excellent. Somewhat disappointed in the town and lack of interesting shops and restaurants. Hiking in Ecola, crabbing, drive to Manzinetta, walks on the beach were highlights. Enjoyed the variety of board games available. While the flat screen tv was nice, the dvd was not connected or operating so we could not view media we brought. Table seating for 8 adults was cramped in the kitchen but we squeezed together for several memorable meals. First trip to or coast for 7/8 of us and we were most impressed with the beach, seastacks, ocean, state parks .

I did a ton of research on houses to rent in Cannon Beach and am so glad we chose this one. We traveled with our family (kids 2 and 4) and another family (kids 3 and 5) and the house was perfect.
The pictures don't do justice for Sip n' Surf. This is a newly renovated house with all the amenities you need. There is no master suite, which is perfect for two families, so everyone has equal space and rooms. The 4 & 5 year old slept in the bunk room, it has two separate bunk beds and they loved it. All the rooms are equal in size and the bathrooms and kitchen are all brand new.
The best part about the house was its location. It's right on the beach and so close to Haystack Rock. The adults could sit on the deck overlooking the beach, while the kids played on the beach. There were probably 15 stairs to get down to the beach, so everything was super close. The backyard was huge with a bonfire pit and big grassy area for the kids to play.
We highly recommend the Sip n' Surf and will be returning annually.

The home we rented was more then we expected. It was very clean and furnished with all our needs and more. We hope to come back to Sip and Surf again very soon. The kids loved their stay and the location could not have better. Thanks for a great time.
