Tolovana Sands #2 is a townhouse located in a quiet condo community across the street from the beach and Tolovana Park. Entry is up one flight of stairs due to the covered parking below.
A reverse floor-plan offers 2 cozy bedrooms at entry level: one with King bed, gas fireplace, TV/VCR, small private deck, and attached full bathroom with washer/dryer; the other has 2 Queens and TV, with a full bathroom and jetted tub next door.
Upstairs, the comfortable living/dining/fully-equipped kitchen area is bright and open, with gas fireplace and little deck offering comfort and a place to barbecue with a peek of the ocean!

Wonderful condo across the street from beach. Very quiet location. Which is so important when traveling with kids. It was quiet at 9 pm so they could sleep. There were plenty of towels in the unit, which was good because otherwise I would have been doing laundry more often. Bed linens were Hilfinger, not what you'd expect. Kitchen was tiny, the only drawback. But I will stay again next year.
The Cannon beach rental company gave us free coffee, laundry soap, dishwashing soap which was a huge bonus because most places do not provide this. Coffee filters for the whole week were also provided. Very nice touches. -

I rented the condo for my daughters and a friend for a bachelorette weekend. They were happy with the condo, but thought it was arranged poorly. Not sure why. I have rented many houses and condos over the years and was astounded by the added-on charges for cleaning ($140) and reservation service ($150), I recall. It nearly doubled the cost of the reservation. I didn't notice the extra cost until I had finished the reservation. I thought that the charges were excessive for a two-night stay. On homes I have rented in the past, the cleaning charge would average $50, and the service charge is usually about $50. I will never use the Cannon Beach Vacation Rental again.

We found this by a web search. We enjoyed our time and wished we could have stayed a week more. It was roomy, quiet and comfortable for our family of 5 adults. The location to the beach was an easy walk and the connection by shuttle to town was very nice. We hope to be back someday.

Location was great, house was clean, comfotable. The only problem we had with BBQ gas grill. The rest of everything was amazing.

The condo was amazing, clean and warm! So close to the beach, we walked several times. I only wish that we had a view of the ocean, but I knew that when we rented it, it wasn't falsely advertised at all. I just realized I do miss the view, but everything else was perfect. We plan to stay in the same condo again, and the kids have requested the jetted tub!

Using two condos allowed everyone to have a bedroom. Tolovana 5 was a bit run down for the price but realize owner has it for sale.
Its location to the beach is excellent. We were able to walk back and forth easily. -

The place was beautiful and very spacious! The location was great as well. We were afraid that we would hear road noise from Hwy 101, but we never did. It was quiet and comfortable. Kitchen was a bit small, but we made do. Loved it! We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in Tolvana Sands 2 on 3 separate occasions. The unit is always clean, comfortable, & well furnished. In addition, the unit is spacious enough for extended stays. The staff at Cannon Beach Property Rentals has always been very accomodating & a pleasure to work with.

We loved staying in the Tolovana Sands 2. This is the second year we have stayed in the condo and again it did not disappoint. Our 3 daughters share the double queen room and it is a treat for my husband I to share the king bed. This is the perfect size for our family. It is extremely convenient to have the kitchen upstairs and noise contained to that area.

My mother and my three kids stayed with me. It was a nice walk to the beach and we saw bunny rabbits across the road every morning and evening. We spent a day in town were able to go back and spend a relaxing evening walking to the rock and watch the sunset. The room was as cozy as being in our own home. We enjoyed board games and movies. We really enjoyed the luxary, comfort and easy walk to the beach.

We were pleased with Cannon Beach Vacation Rentals and their service. Tolovana Sands was modest accomodation, an older building that is in good shape, close to a nice beach which has firepits for the evening (firewood can be purchased in town). Driving distance to town, shopping and restaurants. A fair walk to Haystack Rock but who minds a trek on the beach?!. The accomodations were 2 units put together, a studio and one bedroom. Would easily sleep 6 with 2 bathrooms and laundry in suite (soap provided) so lots of room for just us 3, 2 adults and a 9 year old boy. Lots of stairs here. Very small kitchen upstairs but it had all the necessities - pots, tiny dishwasher, dishes, cutlery etc, plus a gas bbq on deck. They provide some games, videos etc but needed maybe some beach stuff like pails, shovels or beach chairs, towels. The unit is near the highway but we just heard the relaxing ocean waves. Good stay for our family, safe and comfortable.

My family and I rented the Tolovana Sands 2 rental unit recently and had a great experience. The unit served us well. It was clean and well stocked with basic items one would need for a week's stay in beautiful Cannon Beach. We like to cook for ourselves and found all the kitchen items need for those activities. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and a jet bath to relax in after all that cooking and laundry - HA! But, we're there for the beach, right?? The condo was a quick and easy walk from the beach and we made that walk several times a day. Unit had a hose outside so we could wash off the days sand and then relax in our nice, quiet condo.
We enjoyed it and have already talked about how if we do go back one day we would be happy to stay in this same unit.
Best and least liked things are probably the same issue. Nice being a little south of town and feel a little more quiet and less busy, but at same time whenever we needed supplies or when we did eat out we had to hop in the car to get to town. (although it's a short 5 minute ride) -

We liked Tolovana Sands 2, very nice and clean, loved having a washer and dryer. Loved the balconies and used the grill. The drawer under the stove was broken. Kitchen could be a little better stocked, maybe a cake pan, cheese grater and some oil for cooking. Thank you!

We had a great time. The townhouse was well furnished and clean. We were with in walking distance to the beach and Mo's restaurant. We also walked the beach line to Cannon Beach town. Very enjoyable.

Great location. Not downtown with the crowds, but easy and close access to the beach. Walking distance to Pub, small store, and coffee shop/bakery. Fireplace in master suite. Comfortable beds. Newer building,enclosed parking garage.

This is our second stay in this condo. It has a very good lay out for
families to enjoy each other while having enough room to have our
own spaces. The condo has a clean modern appearance one of the
most comfortable beds and a nice compact kitchen. The cleanliness
was not quite up to it's previous standards this stay but was still
enjoyable.
