Great house. Small and cozy but comfortable. Would have enjoyed the ocean view more if the house next door didn't have a huge Yukon with a carrier. Perfect location. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time at Wee Mist. The proximety to the beach could not have been better. We have 4 teenagers and the bed arrangement was perfect. Luckily we did not have our fifth child with us, as there was a limit of 6. I think the limit could be extended to 7, as there is space for 7 to sleep comfortably. The extra toilet is exactly what a big family needs! We will definitely stay again!!

We decided about two weeks before the sand castle event to try to find a room for us. On the second call I reached CBV Rentals and you had this house very near the beach and almost in line with the judging booth, We enjoyed the house, the event and all of the people we associated with in your company.

Wee Mist satisfied everything on my "wish list"-the
location close to the beach and Haystack Rock, 7 blocks from downtown; on a quiet street during March.
(during the summer the serenity would be far less);
perfectly decorated in "beach cottage" motif and very
comfortable. There were only 2 of us, but it would be
suitabe for 2 more-the small bathroom is a drawback for a larger group. Kitchen and linen were well stocked, although some of the comforters should be
replaced and the garbage can needs more security against aggressive seagulls-even the bungee cords couldn't keep them out. The rental office staff was
very helpful in giving directions, etc. and I would certainly use them again.

The house is in a great location, walking distance to everything, easy access to beach. Our party of 4 found the house, especially bathroom and living room very small.

While this house has its charm we found it highly reliant on its proximity to the ocean and to mid-town for its steep price tag.
The house is very small--you need to be a praying mantis to sit on the toilet--the linens and bedspreads are old, cheap, and damp, and the carpets surely made me wish I'd remembered my slippers: grimy and disgusting.
On the plus side there is a nice lighthouse theme going with the decor. And did I mention its close to the ocean and mid-town?

We enjoyed our stay at the wee mist - mostly because of the location! If you want a house right next the the beach, it fits the bill. We have small kids so it was great to be so close to the beach and it's an easy 10 minute walk to town. Overall, it's a fine place- there were just a couple of things I would have liked to see changed. The bathroom is very small for a family of four and is pretty damp and musty. The bathroom needs a makeover! The house could also uses a more comfy couch - the futon isn't great.

Cute small cabin in a great location - right next to the beach and walking distance to all downtown shops & restaurants. Our only complaint was that the bathroom very seriously needs to be torn out and rebuilt.
