Step back in time at the lovely and classic Quinn's Cottage. Ideally located in the quiet and beautiful Presidential area, just 2 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks from downtown, the whole family can enjoy walking to all your destinations! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was built in 1930, and has sweet antique furnishings to give it that romantic, classic feeling.

This house is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood midway between downtown Cannon Beach and the Tolovana area. We were traveling with a dog so wanted a place with a yard and while there was a fenced area beyond a good sized deck, it was hardly a yard. Maybe 5 by 5 foot area that my dog would not do her business in. That being said, it was a cozy house within walking distance of the beach and town and December was a great time to go, hardly anyone there. Also, the "stairs" to the upper bedrooms is a circular staircase, steep and not for folks with physical challenges.

This was a great experience from the start. Cannon Beach Vacation Rental staff are the most friendly, efficient, and professional we have ever encountered, and this is from the very beginning of our rental inquiry. Quinn's Cottage was wonderful and was just what we were looking for. It is an older home on a quiet street, well maintained and cared for. It was very clean, comfortable and cozy. It was fully furnished, including kitchen needs and linens and for us,lacked nothing. There was just one issue and it was with a towel rod and toilet flush handle in a bathroom. When I called about the issue, it was corrected. And when we called with a question or need, we were never made to feel like we were a bother and our requests were handled promptly. We loved everything about our stay. We can't say enough nice things about Quinn's Cottage and Cbvrs. We had a great time and hope to visit Cannon Beach again soon. And we will be calling Cannon Beach Vacation Rentals to help us with those future plans!!

Tucked away in a charming neighborhood, yet accessible by foot to the beach and town, Quinn's cottage was the perfect spot for me, my adult children, and two dogs to spend Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time and hope to stay there again.

Quinn's Cottage was a great place for our Thanksgiving get-away. Our granddaughter is 41/2 and managed the spiral stairs just fine. Kitchen was well equipped, thanks for the special gifts (coffee, lunch bag and roasting pan.) Location was great for access to the beach and town. Could of used a couple of things, vacuum, dish cloth or sponge and swiffer.

It was very adequate in all aspects. Roomy, well-supplied, clean and homey, it was the ideal place for my husband and I, and our two grown daughters and their husbands. We had our Golden Retriever with us, as well; there was plenty of room for her kennel in the home and the deck was a great hanging-out spot for her. A quick two blocks and we were on our favorite beach in the world!! Checking in and out was a breeze, and the whole process couldn't have been easier. We would happily stay at Quinn's again and would recommend this place to anyone except to those with very young children or the elderly (because of the spiral staircase).

This was our first time renting this home. It was very comfortable, ideal location to easily walk to town and the beach and wonderful nestled in the residential streets. We loved it and highly recommend it! The spiral staircase to the additional bedrooms was a bit tricky to navigate and not advisable for anyone with slight mobility issues. Otherwise, wonderful home, very relaxing weekend during the 10th annual art shows and the weather even cooperated! The property management firm was easy to work with and made it seamless to enjoy this home with our dogs! Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us all!

Refrigerator is quite noisy (and bedroom is right next to it.). Microwave didn't work. Dishwasher is the portable type that needs hoses attached each time it's used. Need instructions on how to get bottles picked up on trash day. We put them out, garbage truck stopped, but didn't take them. Otherwise, house is very close to downtown and the beach - very convenient. Space for parking three cars comfortably (though we didn't have that many). Coffee-maker worked fine. Back deck needs some work to be more appealing/comfortable. Big Spruce has pulled up one side. Traffic outside on street was minimal/quiet. Rental company was hassle-free and easy.

The house was very clean and as described on the website. It was great to have a washer/dryer. the backyard/patio area is very dark due to large trees and the living room is too small for six people to sit. The stairs are dangerous for small children. Great location - Just two blocks from the beach and five blocks from town.

We enjoyed our stay at Quinn's Cottage. The home is well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. However, we did not use the dishwasher, as it is a portable which needs to be moved to the sink and hoses hooked up. The home is not for families with small children, as the circular stairs are scary, and the wrought iron railings have large spaces between each post...large enough that a small child could fall through. The backyard deck is old and rotting. Fortunately we were not there in the summertime where we would have liked to use it. All in all, it was a nice house and very comfortable. Plus they allow pets!

We spent 4 January nights in this comfortable Cannon Beach vacation house. We ended up with beautiful sunny days and cool nights. The house was only 2 blocks to the beach and we could return from cool walks to a cozy house with a fireplace, comfy furniture, and a large, well appointed kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet. It was the first time we had rented a house here vs a hotel room, and it was by far the way to go. The house had a small back deck/yard which came in handy with our dog.

We took one of our sons and his family (wife and two daughters) to Cannon Beach for a three night get-away! One of our granddaughters was turning three during our stay, so it was a great place to have her birthday celebration! This house is close to town and is just a "hop, skip and a jump" to the beach. A great walk! Fortunately, too, it was May and the weather was pretty decent. Our two granddaughters particularly loved running on the beach.
The cottage home was just perfect for the six of us! We all had our own bedrooms and two bathrooms (albeit the main bathroom was on the far side of the kitchen) but with two, it meant we weren't fighting over who had dibs on the bathroom! The large kitchen and eating area accommodated us perfectly, as well. We ate most of our meals "in" so the well-equipped kitchen saved us some $$$$$!
Having the convenience of a washer and dryer was appreciated, too.
The only actual "issue" we had with the property was the spiral staircase that went to the two upstairs bedrooms. Those stairs were quite steep and with a 3 and 5 year old, we did have to make sure that we held their hands both going up and coming down. We also had to make sure that after the kiddies went to bed there was something at the top of the stairs blocking the staircase so there wouldn't be any tumbles! The inside description of the property did show the staircase, but we didn't realize until we arrived that this would be an issue.
All in all, our stay was delightful and if am opportunity presents itself, we would stay there again. There needs to be another category at the top: Recommended. . .I enjoyed the home. . .but there were some issues, because I would recommend this property! -

Very comfortable and the perfect location to view the 4th of July parade~~~starts right in front of the house!! Quiet neighborhood; sooo close to beach and downtown, never needed the car once we got here. Easily accommodated four adults and two dogs.....felt like home!
