The condo had many amenities and it was great to have enough blankets, washer and dryer in the unit as well and the indoor swimming pool and so close to the beach. Very quite and not crowded. It was comfortable and well supplied with all the necessities.
The only thing was bothersome was their looked like water damage around the window by the TV and the curtains were stained and had mold on them.
The unit itself smelled very moldy too. I don't know if they had water damage before but it smelled like mold.
Great Place for Family and Dogs

This property was great with plenty of room for kids and dogs. The pool was great and never crowded. The convenience of the washer and dryer in the room was very nice. We will be back!!

we stayed in 2 units but both of them you had to climb stairs to get into. One unit you then had to climb stairs to get to the kitchen, not the best arrangement for older people.

Outdated decor but fine for the little time we were in the condo. Directly across from the beach. Loved having the swimming pool and hot tub for the kids.
Great location-wise but house neglected for many years.

The house was mostly comfortable but the stove was very dated and partially non-functional, the slider window in the main bedroom was coming apart and was taped @ the bottom (!), difficult to open and close for that reason, the carpeting really needed cleaning and the barbeque on the deck was very "tired". Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans.
Decor from the '70's

If you can get past the 1970's decor, the unit was very acceptable. It has everything you could want, kitchen, washer and dryer, and a pool nearby, but it look like it hasn't been remodeled in many years. P.S. We even found a boom box in one of the closets.

location was great. The unit needs to be updated. Biggest negative factor was the cleanliness. We were not happy with this.
This location is close to the beach.

The condo was clean but in need of some maintance work. Their had been water damage and it had not been repaired. The floor plan worked well for two couples. The smaller bed room lacks storage but can be worked around by using other parts of the unit. We were fortunate that the unit upstairs was not occupied for the entire time of our stay.

The rooms were clean and well managed. Our every need was anticipated and met and even after our trip, there was help in returning items we had left behind. Amazing time.
Great access to beach and handy amenities

We originally booked the suite because we were going to bring the family dog with us. This is one of the few places that doesn't have restrictions on dog size. It is a spacious 2 bedroom condo and having the full kitchen and laundry was handy. We ate in for breakfast and dinner and out for lunch. The Safeway in Seaside had everything we needed to stock up. The condo is dated and needs some TLC but we were comfortable and had no major complaints. Once we were able to speak with the maintenance man about turning the temperature up in the swimming pool, my husband and daughter splashed and practised swimming every night. It is across the street from the beach and we were able to enjoy some kite flying.
The staff at CBVR are courteous and professional. We had immense help choosing the right accommodations for the needs of our dog and young daughter. We felt they really listened to us. And they were so good to us when they found out our dog passed away a few days before our stay, refunding the pet deposit. Checking in and checking out were easy processes. We would definitely use CBVR again!

Good condo experience in Cannon Beach
Left on 09/05/2009 for a stay in August 2009 | Parker Gang
We waited until the last minute to book a beach vacation and decided to give this condo a try. Although our room didn't really have an ocean view we were right across the street from great beach access. Having the pool was a huge extra with the kids. We could hear upstairs noise, but the group tried to be very thoughtful of us, and that helped a lot. The unit was very comfortable. We would stay here again, in fact I have recommended it to several friends and family.
A VERY HAPPY RENTER.
Good location, clean and everything we needed was there.

This was a condo that really needed to be updated. The kitchen was very poorly designed, and we had trouble with one of the burners on the stove. There was nothing on the front deck but a couple of chairs and a very old and dirty barbeque which we would not use. We stay in vacation rentals frequently on the Oregon Coast and have had
mich nicer places that were not as expensive. The complimentary coffee, coffee mugs and nice bag were
a nice gesture.

We enjoyed this condo for the location and the swimming pool. It is also across the street from the beach. It had everything that we needed.

This experience was excellent from the first contact through our stay. The Cannon Beach Vacation Rentals staff is most professional and thorough. The communication throughout the rental process was just excellent.
The condo is a short walk from the beach, and very convenient. The condo itself was most functional and nicely appointed, and overall we enjoyed our stay. What we liked least was that the carpet needed some cleaning, although I'm sure it's difficult to schedule with renters in and out. Not a major issue, but the kitchen could use a few more cooking items, such as a measuring cup(s). The unit holds more than 6 people, but has only two bedrooms. One couple had to sleep on the hideabed. A 3rd bedroom would have made the stay a little better. However, none of these items would deter us from returning again!

The vacation home was fine for our needs for one week. It was
great to have a fully stocked kitchen; unfortunately, when we ran the
dishwasher it leaked ALL OVER THE KITCHEN and could not even
be cleaned up w/ towels.
The people upstairs from us let their children run up and down the
hallway and were extremely noisy.
The property is a ways out of Cannon Beach but the area is easily
accessible and the beach is nearby and we liked that a lot!
