The location relative to the beach was great. The place is very well maintained and had all the things we needed for the kitchen. We also enjoyed having the wood fireplace. It was really nice to have our own garage and access to a pool.
Would you recommend this vacation rental to a friend?

I loved this place. From the moment I contacted the rental team to the moment I dropped off the keys, everyone was so courteous. Extremely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile.
We took our time driving and came late, they had made arrangements for us to get our keys. Directions were easy to get to, and the condo was spotless.
There was a goody bag with a treat, all dishes, cutlery, even coffee and sugar. My concern was that after arriving we would need to do a grocery run, but we didn't need to, everything was there.
I would highly recommend this place, especially if going on a holiday, everything was taken care of, so there was nothing to do but drop the bags, take the pups and head to the beach.
There is a store close by (about a five minute walk) and a pub across the street from it. Getting to the beach just required crossing one street (with almost no cars). If you bring a dog, be careful since there are rabbits across the street and your dog (like mine) may like to run after them.
Get some wood and have a campfire or let your dogs run and explore the beach, take a hike or even walk around town. There is a lot to do here, even though it looks like and has a small town atmosphere.
People are super friendly, and while Haystack rock has some nice tide pools, there is another tide pool near the two rocks about half a mile to a mile south of it.
Back to the condo, there is a Lay-z-boy chair, and the beds are extremely comfortable. You don't even need to do laundry when leaving.

Great property for for families! We found the unit to be very comfortable and provided many amenities for those of us with small kids. Our two children - age 3 - slept in the bedroom with 2 twin beds - and a closet full of toys for them to play with! We thought the king was very comfortable in the master suite. The kids loved the indoor pool and we always found it open and free for our use. The beach and playground are just a short walk away - but you do need to take a car into the actual town of Cannon Beach.

We had a great time. A very relaxing setting, but the neighbors upstairs were a bit noisy playing Twister at midnight! They were very nice though and offered us a beer and to join them in the game when we politely knocked on the door. They even brought cookies from the bakery in the morning so it was worth it! Location was fine, no view, but it was clean and had everything we needed.
