Double Five is a 3 bedroom single level villa comp...romising 370 square meters of covered space including a Guest Cottage, an external pool and deck, overlooking exquisite views of the sea.

External finishes are a blend of stone, adobe painted cement walls and hardwood windows and doors. Roofs are wallaba shingles which blends naturally into the environment, offering the perfect essence of tropical living.

The spacious kitchen comes with stainless steel SMEG appliances and is very well appointed, conveniently located off the kitchen are the laundry room and service bathroom.

The spacious great room features spectacular views through the large sliding doors. From the terrace the infinity-edge pools blends into the backdrop of the sea. Floors are Travertine marble and the grand vaulted ceiling is pickled Tongue and Groove.

All bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and private verandas overlooking the lush landscape of The Grenadines Estate Golf Course and the turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom is large and spacious with a unique master bathroom which has a “chimney-style” shower which allows you to enjoy an open air feeling. Rates are based on single or double occupancy per bedroom. Additional person charge inclusive of A la Carte Breakfast is US$ 99.00 rack per person per night. Additional person charges apply when occupancy of the accommodation exceeds what the existing bedding allows (2 per king bed, 1 per double or twin bed).

Additional charges

Mini bar food items, alcoholic beverages, golf green fees, golf lessons, spa treatments, boat charter, and day trips to neighboring islands, tennis lessons, laundry/valet service, telephone calls, and private child care services are not included and must be purchased separately.

Beverages are not included in any of the meal plans. Children under six years old are complimentary. Parents and children must be on the same meal plan. Unused meals cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit. Supplemental charges may apply for the degustation menus or special dishes of the specialty restaurants for guests on the Full Board Plan (Lunch and Dinner plan). Meal plans must be applied on entire stay.

Children's Policy

We welcome families year-round. All children of 17 years old or younger can stay free in parent’s room up to the permissible maximum occupancy per accommodation. Additional person charge will apply to adults of 18 years old and older. Cribs are available on request. The Sugar Palm Kids club is available and is complimentary for children ages 4 to 14. It opens from 9 am to 5 pm daily and closes for lunch from 12 pm to 1pm. Baby sitting services are available upon request and a charge of US$ 15 per hour applies.

Stays of (5) nights or more in any suite or villa include roundtrip air transfers from Barbados available on all SVG Air & Grenadine Airways Flights.

This offer is applicable based on double occupancy per bedroom. An additional charge of US$395 applies per extra person/child, older than 2 years of age. A resort credit will be given of US$300 per person per stay should you not require any flight arrangements (i.e. if you arrive with Liat or by charter). An upgrade to the jet may be available at the additional charge of US$ 450 per person one way when travelling on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Barbados only, however this can only be booked one week prior to departure.
