The property is ideally located at the entrance to Cap Estate, St Lucia's most prestigious residential area, on the north coast of the island. “Belle Kaye” offers panoramic views of Rodney Bay, surrounding areas and is within walking distance of Pigeon Island historical heritage park, home of the Jazz Festival Event. Reduit Beach in Rodney Bay, one of St Lucia's most stunning beaches, boasting one mile of beautiful golden sand is less than five minutes drive away. Rodney Bay is the centre of activity in St Lucia for bars, fine restaurants, an abundance of shops and a range of sporting activities that include tennis, snorkelling, diving and boating.
