A spacious, luxurious villa situated in a gently sloping garden overlooking the Caribbean Sea and within a short walk of Anse du Cap Beach. The property consists of a four bedroom main house and a two bedroom guest cottage. The cottage is a short walk from the main house. You enter the cottage through a patio and into two separate air-conditioned bedrooms with king and queen size beds and en-suite shower rooms.

The entrance to the main house is through a hallway, tiled, as is the rest of the house, with unusual marble tiles specially imported from Turkey. The hallway leads into a large open plan living/dining and kitchen, cooled by ceil...ing fans. There is a sectional sofa in the living room with a 65 inch screen TV with surround sound and DVD and CD players. Access to the DVD library is available to house guests.

The dining area can seat 10 - 12 persons and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, oven, wine chiller and Subzero refrigerator. Guests can enjoy the view and the cool tropical breezes from the roomy patio which is situated off the dining room and above the pool area. This patio is equipped with comfortable chairs for relaxing and also with a table where up to 12 persons can enjoy al fresco dining.

There are three bedrooms downstairs – each is fully air conditioned and equipped with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have private patios. The master bedroom is situated upstairs and guests can enjoy a view of the sea from their private patio. This bedroom is equipped with a TV and DVD player, iPod station and a king size bed. There is a spacious walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath, where guests can enjoy the view from the windows surrounding the Jacuzzi bath.

The attractive pool area has a wide pool deck equipped with loungers for sun worshippers and a charming thatched roof provides shade for the bar area which is equipped with a fridge and ice maker. The 31 foot pool boasts a swim up bar with bar stools and a spa pool, situated at a higher level, overflows into the pool.

  The villa was lovely and in a beautiful setting, overlooking the mountains and the sea. Cecilia and Fedora, the main staff, were excellent and willing to accommodate our every need. They even put up birthday decorations to surprise my husband when we returned to the villa after a day out. Ceciilia\'s fish dishes are the best!!!   Excellent Service, convenient location, pleasant villa

  My family (5 adults and 4 children) spent 7 days at Beau Rivage in December 2011. The Villa is beautifully furnished, very comfortable , spacious with nicely seperated bedrooms that give you some privacy if required. Kitchen is well equipped. Outside grounds are meticulously maintaned with a nice size pool and great pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and space. The villa is conveniently located only several minutes drive from grocery shops. Two nice beaches are within 5 minutes walk and several others withing 5 minute drive. The service (both the staff and the management) were phenomenal, willing to satisfy any requests. Despite them claiming they are not real chefs, the maids prepared several great meals for us.Although one can see the ocean form the porch the view is not spectacular, but not bad by any means. THe only drawback was the trip from and to the airport which takes about 90min through some windy roads - nothing horrible, just be ready for it.   Perfect Getaway for Large Group

  We just returned from a week-long stay at Beau Rivage and could not have been more hesitant to leave. The home boasts every amenity you could want while traveling and a helpful staff that makes all the difference.
  
  St. Lucia is a stunning mountainous island. Unlike other Caribbean locales, it's not packed with tourists and still has a very authentic culture and vibe. It's about a 90+ minute drive to Soufriere where the pitons and hot springs are. We made a day-trip of it and actually loved driving down the coast through all the local towns.
  
  Situated on the north side of the island, the house in stocked with everything you need to enjoy a stay away from home. We enjoyed many days just lounging by the pool. It's also walking distance to a spectacular public beach, resort, spa, gym and restaurants. We rented a car for the week and while we made frequent trips to the grocery store, we rarely wanted to leave the comfort of Beau Rivage.
  
  The resorts and tourism on the island are not entirely child-friendly. We traveled with 2 toddlers, and Beau Rivage was the perfect place. Child gates. High chairs. Cribs. A shallow jetted tub and pool for entertainment. A spacious veranda to play. A large tv to catch their favorite shows. We found it to be absolutely perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 children.
  
  Sue, Kris, Cecilia and the entire Beau Rivage team were so helpful. We're grateful for the wonderful week we got to spend in the home enjoying the island. Hope to visit again soon!

  I traveled here with my family (13 of us) to celebrate my dad & stepmom's 10 year anniversary, 60th birthdays and also just to have a real family vacation all together for the first time. It was absolutely breathtaking, and I could not imagine a more perfect place for us to have such an event.
  
  The villa itself is gorgeous, fully appointed, spacious and cozy all at the same time. The views were straight from a postcard, the grounds exquisite, the house clean and comfortable, all of the amenities available and easy to use, and the staff so wonderful and attentive. We spent most of our time split between the mammoth kitchen- which fit all 13 of us!, the unbelievable back veranda- chaise lounges, dinner tables, and sofa set so sat everyone comfortably for stories and meals, and the gorgeous kidney shaped pool with swim-up bar and hot tub- enough said! The beds were so comfortable that everyone slept in or went for naps, even the early-risers.
  
  The best beach was a 5-minute walk down the hill to the Body Holiday resort, so we would hop out of our pool, walk down, swim in the ocean, and then walk back to relax and eat delicious fresh-caught marlin that Cecilia and Fedora cooked up. Every night Dwayne would stop by to make sure we were comfortable and secure, and let me tell you, we were. Also, every place that the staff at Beau Rivage recommended to us was excellent, Hugo from Hugo Tours was a godsend (and informed us that we were staying in the Beverly Hills of St. Lucia), Sea Spray Day Cruises was undoubtedly the trip highlight, the beach, Rodney Bay shopping, Spice of India at Rodney Bay, all of it solid referrals.
  
  I can't recommend this place enough! I will definitely make it my goal to go back.

  Enjoyed everything very much. All staff extremely helpful from booking to planning activities on St Lucia as well as those representatives on the island. The house was all we thought it would be.
