Built on the top of a knoll, Cap Pavilion is a stunning villa that has 360-degree panoramic views of the island, the Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea. Built in the style of a Caribbean plantation house, inspired by the designs of Oliver Messel in Mustique and Barbados, this luxury villa is situated on five acres of private grounds. <br><br>Secluded on its own knoll high in Cap Estate, the villa is just a short drive from the Cap Estate championship 18 hole golf course, racquet club offering tennis and squash as well as two sandy beaches with good snorkeling.<br><br>The house is situated on extensive grounds with the area... around the house fully landscaped with lawns and tropical flowers.<br><br>Constructed of coral stone the villa features cool green shutters and detailing. The interiors are professionally decorated and feature exquisite furnishings and antiques. The villa is very much a part of the landscape with many open areas, which lead directly into the garden. Part of the home faces the Atlantic coast and so is always cool and breezy.<br><br>Cap Pavilion consists of three wings built around a central courtyard with covered walkways and coral rendered arches connecting each area. They comprise a large, formal living room opening onto a covered verandah, several sitting areas, a dining room and the bedrooms.<br><br>The home is built on two levels. On the main level there is a spacious formal living room that has louvered French doors that lead to the courtyard and tropical garden and glazed quadruple doors open onto an airy covered verandah. An exquisite formal, open dining room can accommodate up to 12 guests.<br><br>Several bedrooms are located on the main level as well. A guest wing with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (tub) and a private outside area. Additionally, there is the master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom (shower with glass windows). <br><br>Upstairs there are three double bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds in each room) and a fourth single bedroom (1 twin bed) and two baths. The fourth bedroom is really more of an alcove off one of the larger bedrooms and suitable only for a young child or nanny.<br><br>Also, upstairs, there is an open-air casual sitting and games area complete with Cable TV.<br><br>Two upstairs spacious roof terraces provide spectacular views of both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean as well as the twinkling lights of Castries in the distance at night.<br><br>Four of the bedrooms have ceiling fans/no ac.<br><br>The s
