Zephyr Hill is perched on a breezy hill within the prestigious Cap Estate residential area. Set just above the renowned Royal St. Lucian Golf Club, the villa offers spectacular views of the north.
The home is built on three levels and is light and airy. The main floor offers the open plan dining and living areas which open onto the expansive verandah which extends the length of the villa to a large pavilion. The pavilion provides an ideal location for al fresco dining as well as BBQ area. The modern kitchen, complete with center island, is located on the main level as well.
