This lovely 3 bed/2 bathroom villa, sleeps 6 in air conditioned comfort. There is a spacious veranda, with private plunge pool, and steps leading to a mature tropical garden. Guests also have access to a charming, and peaceful, communal pool. The villa is ideally located in a secure, gated community, with coded, and remote control gates at the entrance. The communal pool also has a smaller pool for younger children.

The villa has airy high ceilings, and air con in all bedrooms.

Linen, towels, and beach towels are provided. There are also ceiling fans in the living room, and bedrooms. Internet WiFi connection is available at... no extra cost, and cable TV, DVD/CD players, books - in English. A land line phone - for incoming, and local calls, is provided. The kitchen is well equipped, and has a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, micro-wave, coffee maker, full cooker etc.

Reduit / Rodney Bay are a five min drive, and the Marina, with its bars/restaurants, and stunning yachts, is also within a short drive/walking distance. Visitors with small children or elderly clients may find it useful to hire a car, but Taxis are readily available, and not expensive.

Boats trips to Martinique, and the Pitons leave from the marina.

Gros Islet where the lively Jump UP street party is held every Friday night, is also nearby. The white sands, restaurants, and night-life, of the Reduit Beach/Rodney Bay area are a five minute drive away, and the secluded beaches of Smugglers Cove, and Cotton Bay are within easy reach - horse riding, and kite surfing are available at Cotton bay, With its warm waters, blue skies, and lush tropical greenery this is the perfect place to relax on the large veranda, enjoy a cocktail by your private plunge pool and have a memorable holidayRead more

The beach at Pigeon island (where the annual Jazz Festival is held each May) Gros Islet and Rodney Bay Marina, (with its shops, restaurants, and spectacular yachts) are all within walking distance. The white sands of Reduit beach, and the bars and restaurants of Rodney Bay are a five minute drive away. The fairways of the 18 hole St Lucia Golf and Country Club back onto the property. A lively street party, popular with locals and tourists, is held every Friday night at Gros Islet. Rainforest hikes, horse riding, scuba diving, kite-surfing, wind-surfing and zip lining are all available nearby. Boat trips to the famous Pitons and Martinique can also be arranged locally.

Additional notes from owner

This property has a minimum rental letting of a week. A 20% deposit is to be paid when making a booking. The remainder to be transferred prior to arrival. The balance can also be accepted in cash on arrival if that suits the client better. A cash damage deposit of $300 US dollars or the equivilent in Euros etc, is required to be paid on arrival. This is refunded in full on departure if no loss, or damage, has taken place. Extra cleaning can be provided at an additional cost.

  We had a wonderful two week stay. The "house" is in its own grounds in a gated area. The surroundings are tranquil and pretty. The house has been recently painted but some fittings are beginning to age. They do not look tatty...just in use for some time. The new washing machine is welcome.The place is immaculately clean and there are plenty of towels, beach towels and bedding.
  Debbie is caretaker and is just wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and having lived on St Lucia for some years is a great fund of advice and suggestions. The location is close to Pigeon Island with its lovely beach. The pool for the house is five minutes walk away and on the three occasions we used it, we were the only ones there. This villa really is good value for money. We would not hesitate to return.

  I really enjoyed my stay in St. Lucia and one of the main contributors to my experience was the wonderful accommodation. This place has all the main amenities the average traveler needs plus more. I loved soaking in the pool on the lovely veranda. Also we had our own barbeque because a grill came with the place. The place is safe and peaceful. Also the main shopping facilities as well as beaches are very close. I would definitely want to stay at this villa on my next visit to St. Lucia.
