This two-story spacious villa is located on a hill high above the island’s only 18 hole golf course with views of both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. It’s high location, open architectural design and unobstructed views capture the trade winds that transverse this part of the island.
The house – built and designed by island-renowned architect Wayne Brown – incorporates many aspects of traditional Caribbean style with wooden floors, a house-length verandah, jalousie shutters, wooden railings, and wood-carving-detailed balcony. The entire front side of the house features French doors that open onto the verandah and down... to the spacious pool deck and infinity pool, creating an expansive indoor-outdoor common area. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated in a Caribbean-colonial style, with four-poster beds, planter chairs, wicker chairs, tables, and sea turtle shells.
A covered veranda runs the entire length of the house and includes an outdoor seating area, a regulation billiard/pool table, and a hammock. The extra large swimming pool features an infinity edge and is bordered by a large wooden deck equipped with wooden sun loungers.
Inside, the house has a combined dining room, living room and kitchen (with breakfast bar) with vaulted ceilings, providing an open and spacious environment throughout the ground floor.
The villa is beautifully landscaped, and contains mature gardens with a wide variety of tropical trees, plants and flowers. The garden also contains wooden loungers and benches that provide quiet spots to have a drink or enjoy a book.
There are several beaches within a 5-7 minute drive. Several high-end hotel resorts are also nearby, including the Le Sport Resort and Body Holiday Spa, The Landings and Cap Maison, where you can enjoy fine dining, body treatments or a variety of exercise and fitness facilities. (Partial or whole day passes can be purchased.)

Pleasant, secluded Villa Kessi lets you get away from it all
Left on 06/01/2013 for a stay in June 2013 | Mark
Kessi is a beautiful villa in the hills of the Cap Estate, away from the giant resorts just down the road. If you're a get-away-from-it-all kind of vacationer, Villa Kessi does not disappoint. The meticulously maintained house, along with a private pool, has just about everything you need to lounge around and take in the sunlight. Lu, the housekeeper, is a sweet and generous woman, eager to share her home-grown vegetables and local breads. She'll also teach you Patois if you want to learn a few new phrases. And she's more than happy to cook meals, as long as you provide the ingredients. When you're ready to explore the island, North Shore attractions are just a short drive away. Rodney Bay, Gros Islet and other destinations are more than enough to keep you busy for a few days. This is an open-air villa, so if you're addicted to A/C and can't stand the occasional mosquito bite, this might not be your place. - Mark S., Massachusetts, USA
Villa Kessi was awesome. It was clean and our housekeeper was a great help. You can have the shutters open during the day to get a wonderful breeze, but please remember to shut them when the sun goes down because you will have ever bug known to man sleeping with you. I cannot say enough good things about this villa..! I loved it11 - Kara J., Tennessee, USA

My family and I ( husband and two sons aged 18 and 10) travel to St Lucia every year and have experienced a number of villas and hotels. I can confidently say that Villa Kessi is now our favourite. The villa is beautiful with fantastic views, garden and pool and last but not least the housekeeper \'Lou\' keeps the place spotless and is most helpful and friendly. We were on the island for three weeks staying at the villa for one - but we all agree we could have happily stayed at the Villa for all three - Christine M., , UK
