Set in the hills South-East of Lucca, Al Fanucchi is an ideal, 5 bedroom retreat for family summer vacations.
A panoramic terrace in front of the house was planned to be an outdoor living area during the day and an inviting spot for al fresco eating in the evening. At the back of the house, on a slightly higher level, a 13 x 6 swimming pool was installed in the lawned garden. The structure of the house develops on three different floors allowing two families to holiday together while retaining their separate spaces.
