This is not just a condo; its a complete resort with Ocean Front Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Tennis courts and Basketball courts and WiFi. There is something for everyone to enjoy here. No need to squeeze the family into a hotel room when you can spread out in this 1 bedroom, 2 baths, fourth floor condo.There is plenty of room for 2 couples. It offers all the amenities of home with GREAT Ocean View.

The resort is located right on the Beach, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet or venture out for activities. We have 2 HDTVs, a 42 inch TV in the living room and a 32 inch TV in the master bedroom! You have a full-size kitchen w...ith all new appliances. There is a full-size refrigerator with ice maker. It's equipped with a stove, oven and microwave; and the dishwasher makes clean up a breeze.

The kitchen has everything you need; dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, teapot, dish towels and soaps. Having a well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances means you can cook anything from gourmet food to macaroni and cheese, you control your food budget. Enjoy the open layout and the ocean view from the kitchen.

Luxury and complete relaxation await you in the master bed and bath. Couples will love it. Romance is about being Pampered and that is what we do at TLC Condo! With King size pillow top mattress, 400 thread count sheets, Lands End Bath sheets instead of standard towels, Pacific Coast AllerRest ® down pillows, towel warmer, over-sized shower with custom double shower head.

The Peaceful bedroom and master bath includes Elegant bedding and a TV and DVD. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and sleeper chair that folds out for a comfortable single bed. The kids can have their own beds! The living room has an unobstructed view of the ocean, let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep.

The Master Bath is an Escape with an two person shower with custom shower head. It has 2 adjustable Rotating shower heads, offering a choice of two different spray settings, normal for cool refreshment or soothing relaxation, and Massage to relieve tense muscles. Its movable shower arm enables you to switch from the overhead shower to side shower position in one easy movement. The extras include a Towel Warmer for drying your towels and swimsuits, and Lands End Bath Sheets. The 2nd bathroom is a Full Bath with tub/shower. Adults and kids have their own bathroom, so everyone can get ready at the same time.

Kayak, Fish, Surf, Swim and Beachcomb right in front of the condo.We are centrally located; you can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and enjoy Drinks or Dinner in a restaurant over the ocean. And world famous Ron Jons is just minutes away. Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame at Cape Canaveral. Its just 15 minutes away. Visit Canaveral National Seashore and Photograph the wildlife. Make sure you visit historic Cocoa Village for its Unique shops and excellent restaurants. We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and the attractions (Disney, Sea World, Universal, etc.) Just follow Highway 528 east to the resort. We are easy to find and close to everything.

There is Wi-Fi in the condo so you can bring your laptop. The library is just two blocks away and they have internet access with printer to print your boarding pass. The Resort has an Oceanside heated swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Tennis courts and Basketball courts. Jump into the crystal clear pool and enjoy the hot tub and sauna. There is a Tea Pot for your afternoon tea and a Malt Maker. The living room has a sofa, Leather Recliner, ottoman, Books and Games, TV, DVD, and stereo. The condo and surrounding property is absolutely Gorgeous, in amazing condition, well-furnished, and well-kept.

We have been coming to the Space Coast area of Florida for 30 years, and this is the nicest condo we have ever rented. Although it is on the beach, the residential neighborhood where it is located is very quiet and serene. Everything you need for a great vacation is right there. They have a beautiful pool and great hot tub. The staff and year round residents at Cape Winds are very friendly and the view from the balcony is fantastic. Everything you need is close by and the library is only a 3 block walk to access the internet. When we go back next year, TLC Condo is the place we will be!"

  Unit #-411 is perfect. The balcony offers a direct view of the crashing waves. The Kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. We like being up a little. The elevators are quick. Plenty of parking space.

  Our new Florida Getaway

  We really loved the unit (#411) and the property. The area and town were perfect for us too. we kept envisioning actually coming down with the kids at some point too. it would be perfect. the only downfall, to no fault of the property or owner, was that it was unseasonably cool out, but you take that risk in February.
  
  in any event, we really loved it and planning on coming back. We are race fans and have seats at Daytona which we intend on using every year. Cocoa Beach is a perfect place to commute from and we were more than entertained and satisfied.
  
  the kitchen could use a few additional utensils and larger mixing bowls. We like to cook! :-)

  It was an especially cold winter this year wasn't it? We live in Minnesota and it was COLD! Thanks for the suggestions. We will put it on our list and get some larger mixing bowls. I will email the reviewer to find out what utensils we are missing. We want to make sure our renters have what they need to enjoy their vacation.

  For the 3rd or 4th time in the last 2 years, we stayed in Unit # 411 @ the Cape in the Cape Winds Resort. As expected, everything was fantastic. The master shower & King bed in # 411 are the best we have ever used in a rental unit. Our friends stayed in Unit # 205 & # 511 and everyone can't wait to go back again to Cape Winds!

  A wonderful relaxing get-away. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy
  a few days down at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, towels and large bags to
  carry it all in. The large bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable and
  having the TV in the bedroom makes it easy to make it a late morning. The
  condo was clean and comfy. Located in a great area, far enough away from the
  pier as to keep the noise down but close enough to take a morning stroll to
  the shops and restaurants. the directions to the condo from the airport were
  great and really easy. We will be visiting there again soon.
