This condo is in Cape Canaveral, the city that borders This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath that will accomodate adults and children. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean, and the furniture requested was replaced. Our only concern is we would have liked to been able to confirm our dates for next year.

David and his team where very professional. Yes, they have fixed the cleaning issue and the only item left to fix is the sofa bed. It needs to be replaced asap, as well as the air mattress.

After reading the reviews I talked to David with Pytha and he assured me that all repairs and cleaning had been taken care of. I was still skeptical until I walked in the front door. The first thing I notice was how clean it smelled, as I began to looking around I was impressed with the condo. My ONLY suggestion would be to upgrade the sitting room furniture because it's not the most comfortable. The condo was very spacious, the view from the balcony was great cause you could sees the big cruise ships leaving. The beach was nice and just steps away. There were plenty of cooking utensil, silverware, plates and glassware. The beds were comfortable, they had replaced all the mattresses in the kids room with 4 twin beds (I tried them myself). My friend and her son stayed with us and she was impressed (she is a real estate agent). The pictures don't do it any justice. You will NOT be disappointed.

Beautiful condo, but it had broken blinds in all the rooms & not enough pots & pans for cooking meals. Other than that, loved watching the cruise ships everyday & loved the less crowded beach. We would move there in a heartbeat!

We loved the location and view very much. Furniture needs to be updated. The condo was not cleaned to our standards. There was dog hair through the condo which took us a week to clean up. The condo needs some tlc and updates.

This was a great location for our family. Easy access to the beach and pool. The size was also perfect for our large family.
There were a few things that would have made our stay more comfortable. The bunk bed ladders were not installed and a child in the top bunk could hit his/her head on the ceiling fan.
The pull out sofa bed was too uncomfortable to use. -

The stay was very nice although the pullout couch had a broken piece (bar) and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The view of the beach was beautiful. I would have liked to have known ahead of time what each key was for. My keys to the beach and pool did not work even when I received new ones. But the condo was clean and in a beautiful location. I think tv's should be in at least two bedrooms

Overall we had a good experience. We really enjoyed watching cruise ships from condo porch. Vertical blinds on glass sliding doors did not work very good. Bi-fold closet doors needed adjustment.

This is a very nice property! Large enough for 6 people or more! Nice people around you. Secure, comfortable, great location. The furniture is "dated" but clean. View from deck is great! Foldout in living room broken, however air matress was provided. Matress in bunkbeds are "hard".

Nice location, plenty of space. But it was not cleaned when we arrived, and when the cleaners came next day they swore nobody told them to do it. They charge a pretty penny for cleaning, too. The other irk I had was with security - one key for beach access, pool access, restroom in pool complex, etc. If your wife goes to the beach and you need to go to the bathroom at the pool, you're out of luck. In spite of this, still a good vacation.

The actual condo was awesome - ONCE we got into it. The MAPQUEST directions do not take you to the location. It takes you to a service entrance that is non-accessible. Once we found the correct guard shack (after a half hour of driving around in circles), we got to where we wanted to be.
The only complaint with the actual accomocations was the 3rd bedroom. The two sets of bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable. So much so, that the kids ended up sleeping on the sofa sleeper and the floor because the wood slates in the bed were not covered sufficiently for a good nights sleep. These mattresses definitely need to be upgraded.
Beyond that, location was very near beach, felt very safe in the gated commununity, and house was very nicely decorated.

The unit is spacious and nicely located. The property owner/manager responded well to basic concerns.
The unit would benefit considerably from some low cost uppgrades such as bedside tables and lights, clocks in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, a new barbecue and perhaps a flat panel TV. The absence of a phone was a problem for us.
The unit also required some maintenance and would benefit from some more. I replaced 14 light bulbs, there are problems with blinds, and the operability of windows and ceiling fans.
The unit is easy to clean, but it wasn't very clean when we arrived.
In summary -- there is lots of potential, it just needs a little fixing up and some maintenance oversight. -

We enjoyed our vacation in spite of the cold weather. The Condo was very spacious and well equipped. However, not as clean as expected, various needed repairs and not all emmenities advertised were available for use such as the garage, and barbeque grill. Bunk beds suited for small children only. Unit should be listed to sleep (6) adults, (4) small children.

Great location, dirty floors, dirty tile in showers, had to rewash the plates & utensils. Ratty, old, thin linens and not enough towels. Clearly a unit used for a rental and owner does not care about overall quality. Bunkbeds had a boxspring (uncomfy) instead of a mattress for my children. No one responded to my e-mail regarding conditions. My friend's unit was MUCH better and I will request this rental next time we are in Cocoa Beach. Too bad- this is a great location.
