Bathroom has both a full shower and a separate shower/tub. The sun

This adorable 1 bedroom unit has all the comforts of home with a
fully applianced kitchen and breakfast bar. The living room has a
pull-out queen sofa bed and a 42" flat screen TV. Bedroom has queen bed and cable TV.
Bathroom has both a full shower and a separate shower/tub. The sun
room has a dining table and the balcony off the sun room offers a
partial ocean view and a wonderful spot to relax. Take a dip in the
beautiful heated oceanside pool, or soothe tired muscles in the
jacuzzi. The resort boardwalk connects the pool to a spectacular
private stretch of beach with warm waters, rolling waves and soft
sand. The resort area also includes a beautifully furnished, air-
conditioned club house.

Everything we were hoping for,well equipped,comfortable and squeaky clean.
we liked the fact that you're just a short distance to many attractions but on the quiet end of the beach so if you just want to sit soaking up the sunshine you can without the hubbub or crowds down the line.
Enjoyed walking to the pier and watching the cruise ships going in and out. Shopping,Cape Canaveral, Disney, many great restaurants and activities a short car ride away. I think our favorite part was sitting on the balcony just enjoying the warm Florida evenings.
Going to return in 2012 for a longer stay. -

Loved this 1 bedroom condo. It was perfect for my wife and I and my step-son. he slept on the hide-a-bed couch and we got the queen bed. Very clean and homey. Check in was a breeze because there wasn't any. We followed Tom and Wendy's instructions and got in with no help. Didn't have to worry about housecleaning until we left. Loved the private pool and hot tub and private access to the beach. Close to everything. Saw dolphins almost daily and peacocks in the parking lot. also has on site laundry literally at the bottom of the steps to the condo. Orlando is only a 45 minute drive. Went para-sailing, go-cart riding and Ron Jon surf shop, all within 10 miles or less. Great restaurants abound. Loved the fact that the beach was almost secluded next to the condo but was crowded North or South of our location. Loved all the beach toys and umbrellas in the storage closets. Nice balcony also. Cocoa beach pier is visible from the beach to the south and Jetty Park to the north. Will definitely tell my friends about this one.
