Spectacular interior!! A complete remodelling was just completed in unit 809!! A fully equipped kitchen with brand new a...ppliances and a hand crafted dining room table are perfect for those dining in. For your entertainment, the unit is equipped with a 50” PLASMA TV to enjoy on brand new reclining leather couches. There is also free high speed wireless internet and free long distance calling anywhere in North America. No need to bring an abundance of clothes as there’s a brand new full size washer & dryer IN the unit. All linens and beach accessories are included as well (chairs, umbrella, boggie boards, mats, towels, toys, etc.)

The unit is kept in immaculate condition. Brand new porcelain tiles (instead of dirty carpet) help in offering you a pristine vacation accommodation.

You are perfectly located in between the famous Cocoa Beach Pier and just south of The Kennedy Space Centre, launch pads and Port Canaveral. Being perfectly situated 1 north of the Pier allows you to enjoy a quite beach directly in front of the unit with the action of the Pier in walking distance. Cocoa Beach is home to great beaches, golfing, deep sea fishing, cruise ship casinos and much more! Orlando’s airport and many attractions are only a 45 minute drive.

  We were all very pleasantly surprised by this condo!
  
  The biggest surprise was the view. We were expecting the good direct east view based on the listing, but were amazed with our view down the beach to the Pier! We found ourselves having breakfast and lunch on the balcony, listening the waves, watching the cruise ships in the distance, and taking in some of the best sunsets we've ever seen.
  
  The unit had more than we have come to expect from vacation rentals, and certainly more than hotels. We had 5 in our group, including an 8 year old and we never felt the unit was tight for space or missing anything - linens, things for the beach, cookware, etc.
  
  Our son loved watching cartoons on the big plasma and email was great for the rare times we needed to be connected.
  
  We needed to remind ourselves that a key was needed to get around (ie up the elevator) but it did makes us feel safer.
  
  Thank you Dean and hopefully we'll be back before long!
