Welcome to Cape Winds 508 owned by ‘Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

This is the penthouse, corner unit with floor to ceiling glass! You get an breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room and your top floor wrap around balcony, which faces South and East and is the best location in the building. The unit comes with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay (towels, linens, washer/dryer, full kitchen, WiFi, etc). Both bedrooms and the living room have HD Plasma TV's and cable. The master has a king bed and is complete with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room.

Cape Winds is a beautiful complex with many amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub, two tennis courts, a basketball court and direct beach access. It is conveniently located about 1 mile north of the Pier and Ron Jons!

By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years.

“Private Beach to Yourself”

The location was so perfect to stay and it was quiet and private . Sunsets and sun rise was awesome. Walk down to the beach was baby steps away. I never wanted to leave.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
