Enjoy gorgeous views of the beach and ocean from almost every room and the balcony of this 2nd floor Mediterranean styled condo. Located on 700 feet of pristine beach in Cape Canaveral this is the closest beach to Orlando, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral.
The condo has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and has been freshly renovated. The private beach access is steps away, as is the pool and hot tub. There is wireless internet connection.

I want to keep this peaceful place a secret. If you knew how great it is, you would book immediately, and I might not keep my week for next year. I cannot wait to get back. Everything you need here to lay back for a full week and watch the ships come and go. Walk the sandy beach or use the beautiful pool; see the sun rise every morning - from every window or the patio My heart is sad that I am not thee!

The condo was really beautiful and clean. The location it's perfect, right on the beach ! I recommend the condo to everyone and I will absolutly rent the condo again.
The owner is very gentle and friendly, we had a small problem with a light and he fix it quickly ! -

Nice, clean and comfortable condo. Accommodations were perfect for the 2 of us. Had all the amenities. David, the owner was very accommodating and welcoming. Beach was quiet and beautiful. Couldn't have ordered a more beautiful weekend. Highly recommend. We'l be back

We visited Cape Canaveral during the Christmas 2010. Our main purpose of the trip was to visit our daughter who works at Kennedy Space Centre and could not get home for the holidays.
The condo was wonderful! Ocean views from the bedroom, dining room, living room and deck to watch the cruise ships come and go and to watch all the activity on the wonderful beach. The condo was immaculate. It was great to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Grocery store and restaurants were close by. David, the owner, was very responsive to my questions/requests. As this was the first time we rented a condo, I was not quite sure how it would all work out, but we arrived and got settled without a problem.
It is a great location to relax on the deck, beside the pool or on the wonderful beach. The condo is also located within easy drives to Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Village, Kennedy Space Centre, Merritt Island National Refuge/ Canaveral National Seashore, and Orlando.
We would definitely stay at this condo again when visiting the region. -

my family and I visit the cocoa beach area every year. We usually stay in hotels but wanted to try something different. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a great place for the money. We will continue to rent this condo every time we visit the area. Highly recommended!

Everything about this vacation was perfect. The owner, David, was so responsive! He promptly answered every e-mail, provided great information and made the process easy.
The condo is very nice. Each window has ocean views and you can sit on the deck and look out over the ocean - a peaceful way to start and end any day. The condo was very nice and clean. It was great to have a kitchen and laundry facilities!
We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The price was reasonable, the owner attentive, the views...priceless!
