Our top floor, end unit, "treehouse" apartment makes a terrific place to cocoon in the warm Florida sun, but it is also superbly located for access to a wide variety of warm weather activities.

For about the cost of a single hotel room you can stay in our comfy 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with excellent views and amenities. Stay in, relax in your luxury bedding in the master, or on your sunny private balcony overlooking the Caloosahatchee River, with spectacular mile wide water views (sparkling at night), all the way south to Sanibel Island.

Get too warm? (as if there is such a thing!) Then take a dip in the community pool with its o...wn great riverview.

Cape Coral is a modern, American version of Venice, with miles and miles of canals, lined with elegant homes.

Rent a boat, and get out on the water, it's everywhere! Or hop one of the many local cruises on the river. During spring training, watch the Red Sox or Twins play your team at our new Southwest Florida ball park. The tranquil beaches of Captiva, Sanibel, and the more lively beach at Fort Myers Beach are 20 minutes away by car or a little longer by bus.

Feeling more adventurous? Take the ferry to Key West for the day, even overnight there with the money you saved by staying with us! Or drive to the Everglades, it's under an hour away, and explore America's only true jungle by airboat!

You can walk two blocks up the street to rent a car "off airport".

Close by, there are the marina restaurants of Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point, the clubs and festivals in downtown Fort Myers, or out of the way places like Bokeelia on Pine Island, or the Venice/Gasparilla Island area to visit, where you can enjoy all the laid back ambience that Florida's southern Gulf Coast has to offer.

Parks for tennis or hiking are nearby. There is excellent golf within a 20 minute drive.

From your condo It's a short walk to local restaurants, banks, grocery stores and specialty shops. There are kayak and bicycle rental right next door. The local night life in Cape Coral is pretty lively, too, and it's only a short walk from your home base. If you want to use the community boat dock, we can arrange that. Recent upgrades have been made to many of the the finishes and furnishings in the apartment, and new photos are on the way. As our guest, we welcome you to become be part of our circle of friends, rather than just being a "tenant" or "visitor" at some other location. We require a miniumum stay of 90 days, per condo rule, and we offer substantial discounts for mullti-month stays. Easy to reach, with plenty of direct flights to Fort Myers. 30 minutes and a $40 cab ride from the airport, or take the bus for $3.
Tidy but informal, the local Cape Coral area has blocks and blocks of homes, shops, and restaurants, many within walking distance.
Rent a car, a kayak, or boat nearby, if you like.
