When driving across the Cape Coral bridge, the vacation home Dolphin Springs can be seen off to the left. Along the coastline of the Caloosahatchee river sits the 2,200 square foot single family home.
The well manicured home is located in a nice neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. The front yard features a three car garage, over sized driveway and many tropical palm trees and flowers. From the front door one has a clear view through the den which features a television out to the pool area and the river behind it.

This is the third house we have rented from Vesteva and the experience over all was very good. We had booked our house 12 months in advance and at the last minute the owners of the home decided that they wanted the house at the same time. Vesteva stepped up to the plate and got us a replacement that was actually an upgrade. The home was very nice but the location was not where we preferred. However the house was everything we wanted and more. The view of the river was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool and spa and the spacious rooms. When we arrived the home was sparkling clean and inviting. This house was located in the heart of downtown Cape Coral and I thought that the traffic was a little busy but manageable and the upside was the proximity to restaurants and other amenities.

We had a great time staying at Dolphin Springs.
The villa is exactly as described by Vesteva and shown on the pictures. You have a stunning view from the windows of the villa and the terrasse.
The first days we spend at the villa were cold, but we were able to use the pool and spa, who are equipped with an electric heat pump.
The villa Dolphin Springs is very luxurious and we can recommend it to everyone. We hope to come back soon.

This villa is absolutely stunning!!! Every mod con you can think about, televisions everywhere. We were here during the Ryder Cup, my husband was in heaven. large tv outside in pool area and the biggest tv ever in living room with a lazy boy chair! Villa is of a very high standard and extremely well maintained. Pool area beautiful, views over the river and Cape Coral bridge, which was lovely at night when lit up.
Only downside was only one sun lounger in pool area, which if you had a villa full of people there was nowhere to sunbathe. This does need addressing, but as it was just 2 of us, wasn't a problem. Also, nothing in walking distance so you did have to drive for a bar or restaurant. This was not a problem for us as the villa was so nice, did not want to go out anyway.Response from Vesteva Rentals & Property Management - 08/30/2011

The views from this wonderful villa are amazing, there is always something to watch from Dolphins to Pelicans and jumping fish. When you do go inside the villa is luxurious and you cant help but have a fabulous holiday.

Do not miss this one - absolutely immaculate home. Luxurious in every way. Owner
has excellent taste in decor - luxury and yet so very comfortable. Thoroughly
enjoyed watching the tv on lanai and of course the dolphins as they swam by in the
evening and a.m.
5 star all the way. Personnel of Vesteva very charming and available re any
additional requests.
We will return.
