A spacious home with east exposure on a Gulf access canal, very conveniently located near the Coralwood Mall, yet far enough away to miss all the traffic noise. Features include 3 bedrooms plus a large den with sleeper sofa, 2 baths, and an electrically heated pool. The home was built in 2002 and newly furnished and decorated in the fall of 2008. A great home for larger families and anyone looking for a comfortable place in a central location.

My husband and myself stayed at the House anastacia for the 1st 3 weeks in March of this year, and we enjoyed our visit very much. Even though there were just the 2 of us,the house is big and spacious, with plenty of room for a family. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen area was big, roomy and efficient. We also enjoyed the pool area and the canal out back. The pool area also had a bar/office just beside it, with a separate fridge ,counter and sink which was very useful. We made most meals on the BBQ, but the kitchen is fully equipped.The house is centrally located within a 5-10 min walking distance to malls, shopping, a movie theatre and restaurants, but is also in a very quiet location. There are beautiful walking trails and 2 bikes in the garage for your convenience. All in all, we were very impressed and would highly recommend it.

Easy to find and close to shopping and the surrounding
points of interest. More information is needed on garbage and recycling pick up dates.There should also some instructions on how the pool heater works and how to turn on the heat in the house as it was very cool when we were there, but nothing real negative
