This charmer of a home was renovated, newly furnished and decorated in 2009 and is simply a wonderful place to stay. Features include 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an electrically heated pool and a large patio with west exposure. Each bedroom features a TV. The home is centrally located on an oversized corner lot off Santa Barbara Blvd., with a supermarket close by and several stores and restaurants a few minutes away by car. A great choice for demanding vacationers on a budget.

We rented the house "Yvonne" for the month of February, 2010. We were very pleased and found it very comfortable. We attempted to rent it again for 2011 and were very disappointed to find it unavailable. Also enjoyed working with annette at Cape Coral Vacations.
