It offers 3 bedrooms plus den and 2.5 bathrooms. The home is very nicely furnished, featuring 2 King beds and 1 Queen size bed as well as a sleeper sofa in the den.
The swimming pool faces south.and has a electric pool heater. It is the perfect vacation home with all necessary features including boat lift and gulf access canal right in the backyard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vesteva's Bonita rental home in Cape Coral. The house was nicely furnished and spotless. It is in a quiet neighbourhood on a canal, with no house directly across the canal, so it was extra private. Steffen at Vesteva responded immediately to a pool malfunction; repair workers were there within a couple of hours (on a Sunday).

We really enjoyed the home and access to our own pool. On those warm nights it was great to be able to just walk out onto the lanai and go for a swim. The house had all the comforts of home and was well appointed and comfortable. We also found getting around in a smaller town very easy and the trip to and from the airport was great. We met some super people during our month in Cape Coral.
