This Gulf access Cape Coral vacation home is located on a wide corner canal with a FANTASTIC view and great sunsets!
Home was just updated and has a bright open entry and high ceilings throughout. Large granite counter top kitchen with breakfast bar. Separate family room area with TV and nice view of the canal. Enclosed heated L-shaped pool with jets in one corner as well as a waterfall and a pool bath/shower. The pool has both solar and electric heat to save on electricity and heat the pool faster. Our family stayed in your gorgeous home for the month of March 2011. The pictures do not do the home justice. It was amazing. Nina from Vesteva was very helpful and answered all our questions. The pool overlooking the inland waterway was so peaceful and the sunsets every night were gorgeous. As soon as you walk into the home you feel very comfortable and welcomed. The home was spotless and had every convenience of home. We did not want to leave but we will be back. Thankyou again for a truly magnificent vacation.

Hallo, es war ein sehr schöner urlaub in einem gepflegten Haus mit sehr netter Betreuung sowohl in Deutschland bei der Buchung als auch von Herrn Vetter in Cape Coral
Vestava werd ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We've rented other homes before but reserving with Vesteva Properties was by far the best experience we've had. They are great to work with. They actually came to the home after we arrived just to answer any questions and to let us know we could call them if we had any problems. Great service! This home was very nice- clean, comfortable and had everything we need. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Coral-Belle. The house is immaculate. I was a little worried having 2 boys but they spent the entire time in the pool. Would definately come back. Very quiet neighborhood, not far from shopping!

The house was just gorgeous and very clean and comfortable. We almost hated to go out for meals since staying there was so peaceful. We used the grill many nights and enjoyed the outside -- even in the rain -- since the eating area is nicely protected from any bad weather. We wouldn't have changed a thing.
