This gorgeous Cape Coral Vacation Home was finished in late 2000.
It offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, nice size pool with hot tub as well as electric pool heater. The oversized pool deck faces west which means sun, sun, sun, all day long starting at 11:00 A.M. The tropical landscape all around the house with lots of palm trees give this house the Florida flair and the luxury of a five star hotel at the same time. The home is very nicely furnished, featuring 2 King beds and 1 Queen size bed.
It is the perfect vacation home with all necessary features including boat lift and gulf access canal right in your own backyard.

I would highly recommend Vesteva home rentals. We had a beautiful home on the water with our very own private pool. The neighbour next door Brigitte was just a gem. She made us feel as though we belonged.
The area was just perfect everything close by. We will definately look for something next year.
Vanessa was a wonderful part of bringing our holiday together

Having never rented a home for vacation before, I was a bit skeptical but my worries were put to ease from the moment we opened the front door. From the soft playing music, lighting and appointments to the home to the spectacular views of the pool and water I knew I had not made a mistake. We came down for our granddaughters 1st communion and stayed for the week. It was the best trip my husband and I have had in the past 10 years. I would highly recommend Vesteva and this particular property to anyone who is looking for tranquility and peacefulness. We will definitely be back...

wir waren rundherum zufrieden, wunderschönes haus, alles super sauber, küche komplett ausgestattet, appetitliches geschirr, sämtliche elektrogeräte funktionstüchtig, gemütliche schlafräume, schöne badezimmer, alles sehr geräumig, tolle terrasse, supertolles swimmingpool.
sehr schöne, ruhige gegend. wir würden sofort wiederkommen. vielen dank für den reibungslosen ablauf und die kompetente betreuung.
