Located across from gulf access properties as well as a big lake with boat ramp, and only minutes away from Publix grocery store as well as public golfing.
This home features cherry wood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances as well as an open floor plan.
This 2,200 plus square foot vacation home has 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms. The home is very nicely furnished and offers comfortable furnitishings that have been tastefully chosen. The backyard faces south and offers direct sun throughout the day.

The Villa Skyline is truly a casually luxurious home, with all the amenities including high ceilings, lots of glass to let the bright Florida sunshine in, a wonderfully heated pool with a built-in baja shelf, Lake & Canal water views, great beds & beautiful furniture throughout, and large gorgeous bathrooms with spa. All new stainless steel appliances with granite is second to none. The Large spacious rooms with all the high tech LCD Tv's made those intimate nights romantic.
