The interior of our home really gives you the feeling of being on a luxurios vacation. The heated saltwater pool is located in the middle of the house and has an inset table with surrounding jets, great for enjoying a cocktail. The layout of the house also gives privacy to the guests in the different rooms with the Master suite and Bedroom suite being seperated by the pool and the third bedroom at the front of the house.

Our lovely home is located in a safe, quiet heighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of entertainment venues. It is just 10 min. by water to the Intracaostal Waterway (Caloosahatchee River) which leads to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, and the Gulf of Mexico. It is approx. 20 min to the beach and 30 min to the airport.

I spent a great week with some girlfriends from high school( we are in our 50s). The house was fantastic. All the amenities you could ask for. Close to shopping and the beaches. The indoor pool was fabulous. Watching the fish on the underwater light at night was awesome. Would recommend this home for couples or families. Will definitely return.

I loved my stay in florida at this property. Getting up in the morning and having the pool as a centerpiece for your adventure is a great way to make you feel like you're on vacation. Evening beverages on the estuary right out the back door, with music and the underwater light makes you feel like you are viewing an aquarium. It's Fantastic! The fishing dock is "a catch a minute" a great deal of fun. (catfish and others) The estuary goes out to the gulf waters, we had a boat and found adventure on a sugar white sand beach with beautiful aqua marine water. The guys fished and brought in enough to keep the excitement going, while we went ashore sunned and "searched" easy find, for beautiful shells. Loads of fun for the young adult crowd too, night life handy. Restaurants, boating alligator tour, great beaches, and the home is well appointed so you can relax. This is a good one.

Our family stayed at this beautiful place for one week. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Close to Ft. Myers beach and other shops. My husband fished a lot and we rode jet skis in Ft. Myers. The house was spotless, the pool warm, and the view spectacular. Especially enjoyed watching the fish in the evening swim by the underwater fish light while relaxing.

This house is amazing, the beds are very comfortable, we sleep better than at home, the layout of the home is perfect for guests and great for entertaining. The location of the home is perfect for shopping, restaurants, movies. A quiet and safe neighborhood, we walked everyday and loved our month here.

This home is a terrific vacation get - away! It is immaculate, and the owners have thought of all the little extras that make it so easy to be able to spend time here. We loved spending time out on the back deck, just relaxing. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close to so many options for having fun, there were even a couple of local hangouts that we had a blast at.
