Our waterfront home is a beautiful three bedroom (all with TV), NEW 46 INCH LED HDTV just added. Two bath custom built home located on a wide Gulf access canal in a lovely residential neighborhood in warm and sunny Cape Coral, Florida. We have a fabulous, large, private screened and lighted, heat pump, heated pool with walk in steps and handrail. Use your laptop, poolside with our Wireless High Speed Internet. BABY SITTING BY ADULT AVAILABLE

Our large dock is located at the back door for convenience when fishing or taking your boat (or rental boat,which we could arrange), out for an adventure. We also supply fishing gear, beach chair, beach umbrella and two bicycles for your use. The house has a living room and family room (with TV, DVD, CD, & Radio) and our bedrooms are on separate ends of the house, so it is a PERFECT TO SHARE WITH TWO COUPLES and still have one bedroom left for guests.

The back of the home has large pocket doors, that open to the screened pool area making the outside and inside all one. We are fully air-conditioned, have several ceiling fans and heat for those cool nights. The Master suite, with king-size bed has a private bathroom with a large walk in shower. We supply a hair dryer also.

The second bath has an outside entrance from the pool and another door to the guest area hall. Our kitchen is ready for you to prepare a full course holiday dinner. It includes four burner stove with large oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, blender, lovely dishes and nice pots and pans.

We have several dining areas; family room counter & table, pool area and full size formal dining room. We supply pretty linens and towels so you just have to pack your clothes and come to have fun. Once you arrive we have a complete laundry room with clothes washer, dryer, iron, etc. We also have a two-car garage for your use with automatic door openers. *Extra: For a nominal fee Julie our Home Manager offers daily maid service, baby sitting & grocery shopping services if you need them. Just give her a call.

Our home is just a ten minute ride to great shopping, cinema, beauty parlors, local supermarkets (that sell take out dinners), fantastic restaurants and the local beach at Cape Coral Yacht Club. Enjoy the many activities at the Yacht Club including large outdoor pool exercise classes, tennis, handball, racquetball, shuffle board, free fishing pier, snack shop, marina, bingo and planned activities.

The Cape Coral Country Club, open to the public is reasonably priced and offers great golf just minutes away. There are also several other nearby golf courses for you to try. Splash-down WaterPark is a fun adventure you and your family will surely enjoy.

Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, known for their beaches and world famous shelling are also close by. Boating day trips are available to many barrier islands; Captiva, Sanibel, Usepa and Boca Grande.

Visit the Thomas Edison Laboratory and Home museum along with many other local museums. Cape Coral has nature trails with canoe and kayak rentals. Nearby is the renowned Ding Darling Nature Preserve with free tours and boat rentals.

We have a great dinner theater with visiting Broadway productions as well as fabulous local theater and a large public library with free computers so you can check your email if you didn't bring your own computer. Two major league baseball teams come to our area for spring training each year and we are near the home of the famous Everblades hockey team.

Our smoke-free home is located in the best of all worlds. You can have all the vacation amenities but return to a lovely large private home to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of our residential neighborhood. Come and give us a try you will not be sorry.
