Every aspect of the rental home was right down to the letter. Nothing was left to figure out. Just arrrived as through we coming home. Peaceful, wonderstruck by teh beauty of this home. Neill and Keelee couldn't have been more professional and warm and caring hosts. Will retutrn as often as we possilby can. Thaks for a great holiday.

My husband and I always rent homes while on vacation. Wow...this home now ranks at the top of the list compared to the many homes we've rented. The privacy and comfort is unmatched. The home's furnishings are beautiful in addition to being comfortable. We chose this home primarily because we like its location and we enjoy spending time outdoors. This home was the perfect choice because it has a wonderful 'outdoor living area' and close to many of the activities we like. It's close to shopping, restaurants, the beach and fishing. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We'll definitely be back!

This house was beyond amazing!! The house is gorgeous inside and out. Everything you could possible need is there. The rental company was amazing too. It was so easy to book and they answer all your questions promptly. We have never had such an easy experience with any other rental agency. The master bedroom is gorgeous...living room is perfect for a family and watching movies...kitchen had anything you could need...perfect. The outdoor space is by far superior to anything we have rented before. Pool and hot tub are so nice...and the lounge chairs and TV with the bar was beyond great. I was watching TV and floating in the pool at the same time. The house is private. There are no close neighbors on either side! This house is a 10+!!!

The property is amazing! Professionally decorated luxury home with so many amenities. Beautifully landscaped yard in a private and quiet neighborhood. My family and I had one of the best vacations we have ever had! It was just what I needed to de-stress. We were able to relax by the private pool, mix our own cocktails at the pool bar, and BBQ to our hearts content. The beach is about a 30 minute drive, a little far, but the property with its amenities was worth the drive. Thank you for your hospitality Villa Marchio

This was our second trip to america and our second stay in a home from Neil.
After a pleasent conversation with Neil and Keely we booked this fabulous home in Cape Coral Florida. We have stayed here for two weeks.
This gorgeous home is almost better than advertised. It is a very spacious villa in a quiet neighborhood. The home is fully equiped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Closeby there are plenty of good stores for your groceries etc.
We realy recommend you to visit the Shy Wolf Sanctuary in Naples. These animals are impressive and amazing. -

Home was impeccably clean, well furnished and comfortable. Lanai and pool area was so nice that we spent most of our time in it, and would definitely consider returning to this property next time.

We found the home to be very comfortable in every way. We also liked the location, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. The house was spotless, and had all the equipment we needed to feel right at home. Neil is a valuable asset, making our stay as comfortable as possible.

we have recently returned from renting villa marchio in cape coral florida, with churchill properties (www.churchillproperties.com). website is excellent and the villa lived up to expectations and more. well equipped, beautifully furnished, overlooking a waterway and in a quiet residential location.The heated pool and jaccuzzi were really warm and any queries were only a phone call away - even on a sunday.only pitfall was the waste disposal unit was not working and we were unaware and tried to use it.
The location was really quiet - good for us - but was a 10 to 15 minute drive to the nearest supermarket, with restaurants about 15minutes away so my husband could not have a beer when we ate out.There were many things to do within easy driving distance and this was one of the best of the best rentals we have ever had in florida(this was our 19th) thanks keely and neil for helping make this so enjoyable. We shall return. -
