The Villa Rosa is located in the SE of Cape Coral,near beautiful Gold Estate Area,on a salt water canal,west facing and in a quiet residential area.
The Caloosahatchee River can be reached from here in two minutes.This House is "Boaters Paradise".
Villa Rosa was in May 2011 fully new remodelt and furnished.
Fully equipped and has four bedrooms,each furnished with a king size bed,two queen beds and two twin beds for the kids.
Two bathrooms,each with toilet and shower and tub with shower.
A spacious living area,new kitchen,breakfast bar,breakfast table and dining area.Enough space for up to 8 people.

We stayed at this property for 9 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The house is situated in a quiet residential area backing onto a lovely canal. Everything you need to make your stay pleasant is provided in this home. I loved the layout of the house and how the large glass sliding doors opened up right across the living area so you actually felt like you were outdoors even when inside. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. The kitchen has all of the conveniences of home making it easy and enjoyable when preparing meals. We ate breakfast and dinner outside on the patio everyday. The pool was a wonderful bonus too. It was nice to come back from the beach at the end of the day and relax by the pool. The home is close to grocery and departments stores, as well as Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Blue Sky Property Management were a pleasure to deal with and made sure that everything was perfect for our arrival. If I have one negative thing to say about this home, it is that our time there went far too fast! We honestly did not want to leave, and that has a lot to do with just how comfortable and wonderful the atmosphere of the home was. We will definitely be back!
