This beautiful GULF-ACCESS home has it all: a LARGE DUAL-HEATED POOL, a HUGE LANAI sun deck, over-sized landscaped lot, 2 living rooms, 4 KAYAKS and lots of life jackets of all sizes, 8 bicycles (4 adult and 4 kids) with helmets, PS3 & games, 4 TVs with over 100 cable channels, tonnes of board games, a PIANO, washer/dryer, portable playpen and booster seat, and much more. Located on a low traffic residential street in the heart of SE Cape Coral, with shopping and dining nearby. It's on the main gulf-access San Carlos Canal, with a shoreline patio and dock where you can park a rental boat. The extra deep back yard provides privacy and is beautifully landscaped. The very large lanai has a large dual-heated pool that opens to four different rooms, and has a large deck with loungers and cozy outdoor furniture with year-round full sun (or enjoy year-round full shade under the covered portion by the house).

This is our own vacation home, so we keep it very clean and well maintained, and fully stocked of all the accessories. The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, and two living areas. The family room has large sliders to the lanai, a big screen TV and PS3. The living room has vanishing sliders to the lanai and a beautiful canal view. The dining room seats 8 and has a piano keyboard. The large kitchen has an island with breakfast bar and a breakfast table, and also opens to the lanai.

The large master suite has vanishing sliders to the lanai, a walk-in closet, and a king bed. The large 5 piece master bath has an over-sized walk-in shower, separate deep tub, dual vanities, and a separate toilet room.

Enjoy our over-sized Lanai sun or shade, rain or shine! The typical lanai features a pool and a small deck area around it. Not ours! Our Lanai has a huge open deck area that has all day sun all year! Half of the deck area has loungers for just relaxing by the pool, and the other half features cozy out door furniture for pleasant conversations or reading or even working by the pool (with elec outlets). Don't like the sun, or it's raining out? No problem, our Lanai also has a large covered area that let's you still enjoy the outdoors. The patio table seats 8. The pool is dual-heated solar and electric for reliable year round swimming! The living room stereo has a separate zone for the Lanai so you can be listening to your favorite tunes by the pool. Our large Lanai with flow through access to 4 rooms is truly the focal point of our beautiful home, and will make this a vacation to remember.

Additional amenities that make this home the complete vacation experience include Wireless High Speed Internet, laser printer, Cable TV, PS3 system and games, a large movie collection, a garage, outdoor and indoor games, 8 bicycles, and a 2 person fishing/touring kayak.

A major bus route, Route 120, stops at the end of our street, and one end of this route ends at the Cape Coral Bus transfer and the other ends at the Fort Myers bus transfer station.

Response from the owner We are so glad you rated our home 5 stars and enjoyed it as much as we do. I apologize for the TV issue. Due to a storm, the cable was damaged, but was repaired. We have an expanded cable service with over 100 channels on all 4 TVs, including CNN, Disney, Bravo, A&E, HGTV, etc.
