Our newest luxury Villa is located in Cape Royal, one of Cape Coral's finest gated communities including its 27 Hole Royal T Golf Course. The vacation home is in close proximity to Veterans Memorial Parkway only minutes from Fort Myers. Close-by amenities include Publix Supermarket, Kohls, Carrabbas Italian Grill, Unos Pizzeria, Shrimp Shack, Mike Greenwell's Fun Park and much much more.

This incredible vacation home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one of which with access to the oversized pool deck. The pool and spa are electric heated and offer a beautiful view across the lake and golf course. Enjoy the sun throughout the day and watc...h the beautiful sunsets offered by the western exposure as you entertain guests during a cookout on the BBQ gas grill, or a conversation around the firepit. The lanai offers plenty of space and seating for 6, in-ceiling stereo speakers, as well as sun loungers for those working on their tan. Simply a perfect outdoor living space!

The large great room features a big screen LCD TV, cathedral ceiling, ambient lighting, built-in ceiling speakers, ceiling fan, large glass sliding doors, large mitered glass window with views across the pool and golf course. The large open kitchen has a huge breakfast bar and overlooks the great room and pool area. Adjacent to the kitchen and great room is the breakfast area with incredible view of the pool deck and golf course, the formal dining room, and office area with wireless high speed internet, all sectioned off by beautiful tall columns and arches. The ceiling detail of the entire living space is incredible, with tray ceilings, crown mouldings and two-tone paint.

The master suite features a king size bed, tray ceiling with crown moulding, ceiling fan, LCD TV, and access to the pool deck through large sliding glass doors. Step into the master suite bath with plenty of space for him and her, including dual vanities, huge walk-around shower and centered garden tub.

The two other bedrooms each also have their own bathroom, one with pool access and large shower, the other with a shower/tub combo. One bedroom offers a queen sized bed and LCD TV, the other bedroom has a double bed and offers pool access through large sliding glass doors. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans and are located on the opposite side of the house from the master suite.

Simply a perfect and luxurious home, ideal for 2-3 couples or a larger family, or for a couple enjoying plenty of living area and wide open spaces.

Payment Terms and Conditions: A 20% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 30 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 30 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 30 day deadline.

All rates are plus 11% tax.
