Description

The spacious two-story villa facing West is located in a very high quality and well-kept residential neighborhood in the desirable southwest Cape Coral. It was completely redesigned in 2011 and renovated by an international designer including the outdoor facilities.
Sunny and maritime colors and accessories make all areas of the villa appear in a paradise vacation ambience.



The nice and spacious sunny pool deck offers 8 comfortable upholstered deckchairs, a dining table plus 8 upholstered lounge chairs and gas grill overlooking large areas of water. The pool with waterfall can be heated with a new heat pump up to a pleasant temperature in the winter months. Come and enjoy a nice cocktail at the Tiki hut and watch the sunsets which is one of the highlights of the vacation day. The sunset is an unforgettable treat

The impressive double high ceiling appears from the entrance area, formal dining room to the kitchen and the two living areas on the ground floor and the first floor.
The natural wood gourmet kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces with high quality. On the ground floor next to the living area there are two dining areas and a spacious kitchen, a queen bedroom with a large lattice windows, a newly decorated bathroom with a rain shower and the master bedroom with a king bed with panoramic mural , four poster bed which has access to pool area. It also offers two dressing rooms and a luxurious master bath with a rain shower as well. Upstairs is the second living area with another TV, three maritime designed bedrooms with two queen beds and a king bed as well as a large bathroom with double vanity ,a rain shower, closets and another bath.

5 plasma TV's, 3 cordless phones, wireless Internet access, a stereo surround system and two separately controlled air conditioning systems leave no technical requirements.

“The Little Things.”

Response from the manager Customers arrived 3 hour before check in which meant the cleaning crew was still working at the house. Customer called and was not satisfied with the cleaning. We sent the cleaning crew back to the house the same day to clean the grill and to restock toilet paper. The customer sent them away and told them they're not needed. The customer also informed us that the pool pump was broken and we sent someone to fix it on the same day which he did. The washing machine is brand new and works fine. The customer service representative was not rude or arrogant. Our highest priority is customer satisfaction which apparently did not occur for these customers but we tried our best to work with the customers and alleviate their concerns. No security deposit was paid and we let the customers continue to stay at the house in good faith. The electricity usage exceeded the allowable amount, however we did not charge them for this due to there not being a security deposit to fall back to.
