The Tortola is a very nice home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool and spa and a very nice gourmet kitchen. This home is furnished to a very high standard with every comfort anticipated.
The house is fully equipped and located on the nice and wide spreader canal in the SW part of Cape Coral. It also offers a boat dock which is reat for fishing. A perfect place to
enjoy an evening drink at the pool bar as the sun goes down.
The house has lots of privacy because there are no homes across the canal. This beautifully landscaped home has weekly lawn and pool maintenance for you convenience

The house was much nicer than we had anticipated. The pool and hot tub were very nice with them being lighted at night.(very romantic) We chose this location as there is a natural habitat reserve across from it making it quite private compared to homes that have other homes on all sides. Not very far from shopping and activities that we participated in.

Great house on quiet street with fantastic pool and hot tub. It was one of the better houses I have rented in Cape Coral, and I have rented a lot of them.
