This fully-stocked 3-bedroom, 2-full bath vacation home is located in desirable SW Cape Coral.
Enjoy comfortable, vacation living in this updated pool home. This home features a Great room, with raised ceilings, and pocket sliding glass doors, which open onto a lanai and pool. The large Master bedroom suite also opens to the pool area, and has a cozy pillow-topped King-size bed.

Located in a quiet neighborhood but yet close to everything. Golf and beach are within a 15 min. drive. Shopping is less than 5 mins. away. If you want to go to the more populated and popular beaches such as Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva, you are within a half hour drive. It is a three hour drive to Disney or Miami and two hours to Tampa and Busch Gardens. You can go deep sea fishing, go to the casino in Immocelee or just relax by the pool. There is a waterpark close by for the kids. There is parking for your vehicle(s) in the driveway.

Additional notes from owner
Renters will be responsible for payment of propane for heating the pool. During summer months a $100 charge will be added towards electricity per month or $25 per week. Damage deposit will be refunded within 10 days after departure if there is no damage reported upon inspection of the house. Damage cost will be deducted accordingly. There is also a rental agreement to be signed.

We had the entire house to ourselves. What a wonderful house, everything we needed. I think the pool must have been recently redone, looked like new. We were close to everything, shopping, restaurants and not far from beaches. The thing we liked the least: when we had to leave.
