I rented this home for my family of 4 an 3 additional couples for 5 days in april and it was everything that we had hoped for. Because of the previous review, I requested that they heat the pool prior to our arrival and the rep said that it would be no problem. The pool was ready upon our arrival. Everything else was fabulous. Everything from the updated furnishings to the the patio,pool,and hot tub surpassed our expectations. We were able to relax and the house was big enough that no one ever felt too cramped. All of my friends were impressed and happy which made me happy. The staff was accomodating from start to finish and we all would definitely stay here again!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florida. Our only disappointment is that the pool and hot tub were not ready when we arrived, since both were cold and heaters had not been turned on. It took almost two days for them to warm up so that we could enjoy them. Losing 2 days of pool use for a 7 day vacation is significant. Since we were responsible for electrical charges during our stay, these, in our opinion, were elevated and occurred because of the cold pool. We would expect on a future rental that the pool and hot tub would be ready for immediate use. It is definitely something that we would discuss with our rental agent beforehand.
