Just 20 miles from Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) and nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but yet close to it all. In Cape Coral you will find over 10 public golf courses, 6 tennis and racquet courts, 7 marinas, miles and miles of bike paths, Sun Splash Family Waterpark and even it's own beach on the majestic Caloosahatchee River. As if that was not enough, within minutes by land or water, you can find yourself in the tropical paradise of Sanibel and Captiva Islands. The islands are well known for their beaches and are a favorite for shelling. They also have many unique island specialty stores and galleries and some of the most diverse selection of restaurants. The redone pool area has a great canal view and furniture is attractive and very comfortable. The pass through fom the kitchen and direct access to a restroom from the pool aea is a great convenience. Many colorful plantings and papaya trees surround the house. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and located within and easy drive to markets, restaurants and sightseeing destinations. The owners were helpful and and pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What an amazing get away!!! This house has a vacation feel yet welcomes you in like home. Clean and neat with nothing to do but enjoy the west coast of Florida. Short trip to watch the sunset and then sat on the dock in a lounge chair and gazed at the thousands of stars shining down. Still in awe of the night sky. This is the place for me!!!

Very nice place for families - a lot of restaurants close to the place - safe neighbourhood - clear water - boat and jetski experience - enough room for 8 people!!! We all really enjoyed our stay there!!!

Exactly what I needed. A getaway to a quiet spot in Cape Coral.
This home has everything and more of what a rental should have. Plenty of space. Great master bedroom with its on bath. Covered patio area by the pool was terrific to sit and relax.
Easy to get to and located near lots of good restaurants, etc.
Also, very close to Sanibel without Sanibel prices.

I stayed here for a weekend with a few girlfriends. What a relaxing and lovely place to unwind. Spacious living quarters, nicely appointed, with a wonderful back yard screened patio (my favorite place to hang out). It was easy to get to and close to everything while still being off the main track.
