Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent.
Payment Terms and Conditions: A 20% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 30 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 30 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 30 day deadline.
All rates are plus 11% tax.
ELECTRIC CHARGES APPLY: $0.12/KWH WITH $25.00/WEEK FREE ALLOWANCE.

Home is nicely furnished and kitchen well equiped. Nice neighbor and comfortable neighborhood. We enjoyed our one month stay and would recommend this rental. Also, Florian from rental agency was very helpful for any issues that developed, even during the weekend.
