This house in the SE area of Cape Coral offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family room, a living room, a dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, big & beautiful pool deck with solar heated swimming pool. One tv in the family room, the other one in the master bedroom (cable tv). This house has a boat dock, so bring your boat or rent one with us to enjoy the wonderful Florida waterways.
