While the home is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is also just minutes from the Yacht Club beach and just a short drive from Cape Coral Pkwy, the main thoroughfare in the city, which leads through downtown with all its shops, and eventually to the bridge across the river to Fort Myers.
Watch the spectacular sunsets, dolphins and rays while relaxing on our boat dock right over the water.
